Nearly 20yrs shopping with Gemporia
Ive been shopping and watching Gems aka Gemporia since 2007, and im still a buyer. I work with crystals and know their values, and I love my 2 Kunzite ive just bought. I love watching the fact people love whats there, everything is explained and please remember to click check basket asap or you do loose out. I only ever had one item that broke, my tigers eye triquatra, it fell out. However, its out of warranty but I am looking for a new Tigers eye the same size to refurbish. All their customer advisors are lovely and the presenters are real and have fun moments... keep going, your awesome

I have bought from gemporia over the last few years and found their jewellery to be very good quality and good price .well packaged and arriving in a good time .
I once had a problem with a chain that broke but gemporia were great I returned and received a new one .

So many crystals that I like
I like that there is a great choice of various crystals. They are quite reasonably priced compared to the other companies . There is always a certificate of origin. Shipping is usually fast and reliable.

Poor quality
Purchased a diamond bracelet, ok it was a year ago, BUT it has broken 3 times now, so disappointed, the security clasp is constantly unlatching
