Had a great experience designing a custom Aquamarine and Rose Gold ring for my mom. We loved the inventory options and Vishal helped make us feel comfortable purchasing a stone without having seen it in person. Communication was excellent, pricing was very competitive, and turnaround time quick.
The ring turned out to be a showstopper, especially the gemstone, and we are very happy. GemsNY has become our jeweler of choice. Will do business again.

I tried to buy my wife a birthday present on line and GemsNY was not helpful. I needed help with a stone selection and Vishal "was not available". He is one of the owners and sales manager so I was disappointed that the "customer service" and advice on a stone was no longer available. I have bought several large pieces from Vishal/GemsNY and I will not try to buy from GemsNY again. Very disturbing that a longtime, loyal customer is no longer of any value. Guess Vishal/GemysNY had a great 2020 and revenue and repeat customers are not his concern.

The process was easy and precise. The product was exactly as described.

I bought my wife a traditional solitaire for our engagement. She found that she could not wear it because the stone protruded and since she is so active, she was afraid of hurting her hand or the ring. We contacted a jeweler who counseled us in getting this particular setting. It's lovely and she's very happy with it.

I bought this years ago and gave it as an engagement ring. Today, I borrowed it from my SO to look it over. Things I noticed: the gem is mounted crookedly, both not level and rotated when compared to the ring blank (which is also just a little bent across its diameter below the stones). I notice all these things when I bought it, but was excited enough to propose that I actively overlooked them. To be honest, I will have to take it to a local jeweler to clean and correct the setting, but I'm not sure I want to find out if the gems are what Gemsny told me they were.

I’m always skeptical of buying gems on line but my experience with GEMSNY was terrific. They responded to my questions quickly. The customer service was amazing and the completed piece came in 3 days before they said it would. It was a rush job for them.
Most of all the emerald was beautiful and my wife loved the setting and the stone. I will definitely use GEMS again
