Excellent service from Gendan helping to determine what I needed before I bought the Multiecuscan package.
It is now working well.I am using it on a Windows XP laptop but Gendan have advised me how to transfer it to Windows 10 at some point.Very happy to deal with this company.

Service, knowledge and fast responses. Easy to deal with. Only drawback for me is no delivery to Australia, but I have a mate in UK who forwarded. A little more expense and trouble but worth it to me.

Absolutely zero issues, about the best dispatch email I've had so far. Gave me a good laugh.
Paid for the cable, got the dispatch email, cable arrived like they said it would, even came in a nice hard plastic box lined with foam to keep it in good condition.

Bought a service interface for my scooter to check fault codes.
There are many out there but chose this one from a youtube vid.
Price was good and got delivered in a few days.
Works well and instructions ok.
But there are lots of YouTube vids on how to use it but it's simple enough.

Purchased an NT530 from Gendan, received it today. Was packaged really nicely by their 'Swedish packaging specialist' 😂 and it's a lovely bit of kit. I fancy myself as a bit of home mechanic and it suits my needs perfectly. Delivery was quick and I was updated every step of the way. Can't recommend these guys enough 👍🏻
