First time using General Medicine and relying on a doctor online.. but it seemed very straightforward, simple to use and navigate. Also a very thorough line of questioning from the Doctor himself.. Would not hesitate to use General Medicine again.
*hopefully not in the near future :)

It is like having a personal doctor that you can text or talk to in your pocket. They will help you get whatever you need done, they will help you schedule it and contact offices for you, and they will always follow-up with you on a timely manner and never leave you in the dark. I needed a quick and simple way to take care of my medical needs and order a prescription I previously had experience with. I was able to be seen by General Medicine within the hour via their chat function and had my prescription sent directly to my pharmacy within the next hour. I paid my pharmacy benefit provider's standard price for the medication and my standard copay for the visit. Other services offering the medication I was looking for wanted to tie me into a monthly subscription that was much higher priced. I highly recommend General Medicine for ease of use, easy access and great customer service. Thanks!

Fantastic experience! My NP was warm, friendly and listened to my needs. I loved how fast the process was and how great the platform was to use. I requested an appt and was scheduled and seen within an hour. And they take insurance! I was very surprised to have such a great experience for a telehealth appt. I’ll definitely use the service again!
