It is like having a personal doctor that you can text or talk to in your pocket. They will help you get whatever you need done, they will help you schedule it and contact offices for you, and they will always follow-up with you on a timely manner and never leave you in the dark. Absolutely fantastic service! Quick is an understatement.

I needed a quick and simple way to take care of my medical needs and order a prescription I previously had experience with. I was able to be seen by General Medicine within the hour via their chat function and had my prescription sent directly to my pharmacy within the next hour. I paid my pharmacy benefit provider's standard price for the medication and my standard copay for the visit. Other services offering the medication I was looking for wanted to tie me into a monthly subscription that was much higher priced. I highly recommend General Medicine for ease of use, easy access and great customer service. Thanks!

Fantastic experience! My NP was warm, friendly and listened to my needs. I loved how fast the process was and how great the platform was to use. I requested an appt and was scheduled and seen within an hour. And they take insurance! I was very surprised to have such a great experience for a telehealth appt. I’ll definitely use the service again!

Excellent care online. Very accessible & pricing is transparent regardless of insurance. Doctors and NPs have been very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate & care was well coordinated. Their AI systems helped aggregate info from a long health history, making my care more thorough & seamless than a traditional office visit. I am grateful they can help with chronic health concerns & are aware of evidence-based practices to guide my treatment. Really helpful if you need multiple specialists, a primary care doctor, or just immediate care for everyday needs. They can also coordinate labs at a local clinic.

I have tried many virtual doctor appointments, and this was hands-down the best experience across the board. They engaged the specialist for a consult and they followed up multiple times.

After consulting with two different doctors and no results or callbacks, I decided to try general medicine. Very glad I did!. The doctor spent more time with me than both doctors put together that I saw previously. He listened to my cares and concerns and diagnosed the issue with the plan that worked. Prescription was sent immediately. He followed up unlike both other doctors that I saw in person. I would definitely use general medicine again. 10/10

The PA I spoke with was very pleasant but I guess I misunderstood and thought I’d be speaking to a dermatologist.

My needs were met in a very timely fashion and prior authorization for prescription handled without delay. Highly recommend!

I found myself in a difficult situation where I had no access to my previous GP and needed a medication I am essentially on for life.

Not a medication that’s “controlled” one that the prescriber needs detailed information on. I had personal records but nothing like recent lab work. I was initially denied for that reason until a second doctor stepped in and saw that I was in a dire straight without this medicine ($640 w/o insurance for a month supply, btw) After answering this second licensed doctor’s more detailed questions it became clear to the group (General Medicine) that prescribing this non-controlled (yet tedious to get filled) medication was the right thing to do. It was all done in 2 hours and I had the medicine that allows me to breathe and not have a stroke.

While they will require additional info (blood work) for the next refills, they went out on a limb for me when I most needed it and will happily continue with them. Fulfilling any additional requirements they may have without a second thought. There is a strong chance that in my situation, and with the challenges I had on my own end, I could have had a cardiac event.

I do not expect this to move everyone who reads it. I only hope anyone who has read this far will understand that they are legitimate and if they can help: they will. After reading many horror stories about other online Doctor/Pharma groups, General Medical was actually as advertised and in my situation, even more than advertised.
