I ordered my lamp on the 24th January and it still hasn’t arrived (16th Feb). I understand it is coming from Hong Kong and appreciate that can take longer but I have ordered other goods since then from another Hong Kong company which has already arrived and so the feedback is less about the company but more around the delivery as I was told it had been dispatched last month (quick to dispatch) but since then there has been little to no communication around delivery & the lamps are not cheap!

I really love this lamp. Do a lot of early morning meetings with the other side of the world and it makes me looks more alive than I often feel. It's very easy to use and I am extremely happy with it. Customer service post purchase is excellent.

Lights are bright and have differing intensities which is good but there are so many bad design outcomes and I feel cranky because the marketing is so incredible I felt like this was the one lamp to end all lamps. However the downsides are:
All the joints feel very flimsy.
The circular lamp lacks rotating balls on any of hinges meaning you cannot easily position the main lamp where you want it to go.
The hinge on the circular lamp only rotates about 270degrees which is just crazy limiting! Not even 360 degrees.
In addition to feeling flimsy all joints are very restrictive in their movement so you can't move around, up and down, left and right, point this way and that way.
The "strip lamp" doesn't have a rotating feature and can only point down and not at your face.
The clamp has the power cable sticking out in the most insensible manner so that its hard to attach to a desk that is up against a wall because you have the horizontal plug protruding beyond the clamp - this could easily have been avoided by a smart design and have the cable inside the lamp not sticking out. If you have a desk against a wall this lamp is not for you.

Genion - don't bother "reaching out" with an automated response - I am not looking to dialog as this design stuff is basic and I don't believe you guys are really interested in a better product, as it wouldn't not have been too hard to provide better joints and flexibility.

Glad I purchased this! Made it so I didn't need to spend money on a new, standing desk. Very convenient.

The light arrived promptly and works fine. It could use more instructions, but I figured out the details I needed.

I got this as a present for my daughter and she is very pleased with it.

I like the DualGlow Anchor Lamp that I just purchased and the lighting-colored temperature feature for both Day and Night time makes me more productive. The Light Control Switch feature works best in controlling the color temperature and the adjustable stand to position the light to meet your lighting needs is fantastic. The side light feature creates an ambient glow in your workspace is another feature that I like about this DualGlow Anchor Lamp. I would recommend this to anybody especially working from home.

It’s not as perfect, as I thought, when on Zoom

I was so anxious to receive this desk light! I work from home and my ceiling light was giving me eye strain. I was a bit skeptical but have to say I am SUPER pleased! the product is just what I needed! I felt my eyes relax when I turned it on. Packaging was top notch and easy install. Thank you!!!! you guys are doing a great job with this light! I have to say good investment!

I was very impressed right from the beginning - with the care of packaging - to opening and installing - to the versatility of the optional lighting selections. I’m glad I got two for my studio work spaces. I like the remote option so I can turn them on just as I walk in the room. Great product. You know what you are doing. Much appreciate the quality. Even better than I

I absolutely love my lamp, the light is so easy on the eye, and just adds to the calm of my office space, being a singer / songwriter, it just adds to the creative process.
I’ve also used in some of my video productions, the non glare gives a very professional look.
I would throughly recommend, money well spent.

Seems to be working reliably so far. Just feel it's too expensive.

Well packaged lamp but I’ve been disappointed - it’s not as easy to bend into desired shape, or as stable as I thought it would be - and the dimming facility is a bit clunky.

I was expecting more due to the expensive. price

I am unable to comment on this product as I have bought it as a gift for my daughter and not unpacked other than to check it is what I ordered.

However, I would very much like to say how well it was packaged and was delighted that I received it well in time for Christmas.

The light was well packaged and was very easy to set up! The light is excellent and has made my Zoom meetings much better as I no longer feel like I am hiding in bad light!
