The lamp came really carefully packaged which meant no damage in transit. Set-up was easy although the simple, single clamp isn't really sufficient to ensure a stable platform. The lighting features are brilliant - 10/10. The huge disappointment is the spongy hinges - particularly the bottom one near the clamp. It's completely hopeless - simply flops back when I try to move the arm. Granted this is a tricky design challenge but in an item this expensive it should - must? - be better. Really disappointed.

A. The shipping service doesn't reflect what is promised. No Contact if there are any problems in supply.

B. The package presents itself well, when arrived, giving a good impression on quality emphasis.

C. When unpacked and try to install, is when you can see the poor quality of design and functioning. The screw pad to fix the light in place, is very poor and there is ONLY a layer of rubber to actually fix the light to the desk. In fact, trying to fix tight, caused the rubber to break and the screw damage the underneath of the desk top.
D. Functions are reflective of what is promised and the remote control is genuinely a PLUS, as I have the light mounted behind my screen.

Light stopped working in less 6 weeks! Light was OK but not the quality of build and flexibility I would have expected for the price

Good quality of light. But the blue Power Indicator is annoyingly bright.

This lamp is the bomb! It adjusts perfectly and easily, is easy to mount, has great light that can be pointed every which way. Love it.

Lamp stopped working after just two and a half weeks of use. Can't work out why. Utterly useless. Loved it until that point. Wish I had read the reviews first. UPDATE: I was contacted after my review and, after sending a short video proving it was not working, my lamp was replaced. It took a couple of weeks and as yet all good. Therefore I have switched from a 1 to 3 star review. If the produce hadn't broken it would have been 5 stars as it is good.

Great light for Zoom or Google Meeting. Also great for reading. Love it!

I really like the Genion space. I use it in my house with both my iPad and Surface Pro.

Dual-glow lamp is just great and I love the ability to plug two items into the arm for charging. I also ordered the clip-on tablet stand which is excellent. It was a little stiff to undo at first but it needs to be robust, which it is. Good customer interaction. Easy ordering process. Products arrived well packed (would be great if not so much plastic used though). Overall, a very good experience and worth the price.

Efficient light and simple design that fits in my environment

I should have read the reviews here before buying. It is flimsy and poorly built. Definitely not worth the price. Very limited adjustment and difficult to fit onto a desk (despite what they say in the ads).

The order process and the delivery was so Easy and simple. I needed my new lamp I just has to be patient 7 days and I had it in my hands!

So not recommend. Lamp is unstable and hard to attach. Return policy is a hassle.
