Update 3/30/2022: I received an email on 2/7 offering to send the medications at no cost or to transfer to a local pharmacy (what I had been attempting for over a month). I replied via email on 2/7 confirming my info & local pharmacy. After confirming the refills were never transferred, I responded again on 2/28 inquiring about the transfer. The company responded on 2/28 apologizing and said they would put in another transfer request which would take 1-2 business days. It is now 3/30 and they have yet to transfer any of my refills. This is now going on 4 months that I have been unable to get my medications from this pharmacy.

I have attempted contacting this pharmacy 7 times via chat, twice via email, and 4 times via phone regarding them not refilling my heart medication. I have requested the refills multiple times online, only to realize later that the order has not been completed even though there are multiple refills on file. They keep telling me they will refill the medication and when I check the status, it’s awaiting provider confirmation even though they confirmed I have multiple refills and multiple orders on file due to them continuously contacting my provider for refill. The first couple of orders were fine but now, I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months just trying to refill my prescriptions. Do not use this pharmacy! The savings are not worth going without medications that you need to live.

When I tried to call yesterday and the wait was 55 mins. i went to the web and tried to take care of a transfer script from there. Even with the online help it was no avail. This morning I went back out to the web but had to call and my experience was absolutely enjoyable and worth the wait to speak with such a knowledgeable, helpful young lady! The wait is so long because you get individualized attention to your needs and they help you Complete your transaction! Thanks again Denise!!!

Great service once you eventually get it
Once my information request was addressed, everything was great. Lori was friendly, helpful, and able to fix my concerns and get my order processed as soon as possible. The only negative is how long it took to get help. I waited around a full hour for someone to pop onto the Chat. This isn't the first time either. I've waited for 15+, 30+ minutes before on multiple occasions and if you don't respond within 5 minutes of their eventual arrival, they drop you. They clearly need more staff, but the people they do have seem to be great.

I requested a prescription be refilled on 1/17. They never contacted my doctor and my doctor faxed over a prescription per my request on 1/24. Today is 1/30 and there has been no action on my order. No replies to my email to them on 1/22. chat never replies, phones??? good luck. Even though they are cheap on prices, there is a reason. Zero customer service. I will pay for customer service elsewhere. Do not waste your time, especially if you need maintenance medication.
Update, I had to reorder as they said in an email they had no order. Had to get my doctor to refax my prescription. They did call but I wasn’t able to answer. Calling their 800 number takes up hours of your day. I’m not exaggerating. So I never called back, however they did get my prescription to me quickly the second time around.

I signed up for a new prescription
I signed up for a new prescription. A couple days later they emailed me that they couldn’t fill it and that it had been cancelled and my card refunded. I tried to call, and there was a 2 hour wait. I waited about 15 minutes to see if it would be shorter. It wasn’t going faster. So I emailed them last Monday. I still haven’t heard back. I do not recommend this company.

I had a prescription order cancelled and tried to call, email, and login with chat support. I was 20th in line and moved up 10 spaces in an hour. I had yet to receive a reply via email, but I finally got support on the web chat service. It took about 20 minutes for an agent to respond to my initial message, but was quick to resolve the issue (hopefully), and get a new order squared away.
Great help, just unfortunate it took as long as it did.

Problem with GeniusRx contacting my Dr office
Placed an order for three maintenance medications I was on. I selected to have GeniusRx contact my doctors office for the needed scripts. After a few days the status of my order did not change from needing a script from my doctor.
I call GeniusRx. After a few minutes holding for a representative I was disconnected. This happened multiple times.
Next I email GeniusRx asking for assistance to understand the problem getting a script from my doctors office. Never answered my email.
I tried a chat with GeniusRx and after a 15 minute wait got a person. This person could not find my records until I pointed out they were misspelling my last name.
GeniusRx has great prices vs my insurance co-pay. I will resubmit my order and contact my Dr office to have a script send to GeniusRx

This is a horrible prescription service. I’ve been trying to re-fill an active prescription with them and it keeps getting cancelled. There is no customer support help. Long wait times. The online ordering process is ridiculous and doesn’t have an easy way of re-ordering your current prescription. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been trying to get a call back. Stay clear of this company and go to your neighborhood pharmacy. They will hang up on you when you contact customer care.

Absolute worst
My coverage just switched to this company from Costco Pharmacy for mail order prescriptions. Online portal is useless. Cant even change your email or provide your payment info when logged in. 1st prescription was sent to them a week ago, it's not showing in portal. I tried online chat and the auto response at 10am on a business day is that they don't open till 8 am. I am now on hold for a rep and the recording says 3 hour hold time. It may be worth it to pay extra for 30 day prescriptions at a local pharmacy if this is going to be the experience trying tto get 90 day prescriptions via mail order.

Terrible Support, Shipping, and Price Increases
While the first time I used them, they had a great price on the product, however, the price of the product as increased 3x, despite this not being the case for other outlets for the product.
Additionally, I placed an order on 12/23/21 and as of 1/8/22, the package has literally not even left the facility, despite a delivery date of 1/1/22. Yes, this could be "impacted by the holidays" but not to this extent, and definitely not for the shipment to have not moved.
Lastly, I called the support team three times. The first time, I was third in line after waiting for 20 minutes, then I ended up asking for a callback. I waited for another hour, never receiving a call.
I then called a second time, got to the front of the line, and was promptly hung up on. I then called a third time, got to the front of the line, and was promptly hung up on.
I was finally able to get something done over the live chat and I was told I would be sent a replacement, but given the price increase, terrible shipment, and egregious support, I will be taking my business elsewhere
