Felt like they were pushing me to have a filling based an an old xray but have seen dentist for regular checks since that xray now they suddenly feel theres a shadow n need a filling? So why wasnt it brought up before ?

Extremely professional and polite dental service with great customer care at every stage from reception through to dentistry. Ahead of my appointment the reception team sent polite reminders and administration prerequisites. The service delivery from dentist Satyapal and dental nurse Vidya was excellent. They diligently explained everything they were doing and provided fantastic customer focus and care. I can thoroughly recommend Genix Healthcare.

I’ve always found all the staff to be friendly and professional . The Dentists and dental practitioners have gone out of their way to make me feel relaxed and have explained fully any procedures step by step, ensuring comfort throughout. My experience with Genix started 15 years ago I had not visited a dentist for 38 years as I was so frightened I moved home and they had a stall in where my home was I was talked into going and I am still going without any fear
I am treated with kindness every time and always with respect from the receptionist to the dentist and their assistant
