I have been using Genome for more than a year, I have opened IBAN and cards. Love the card design. Also a well-implemented mobile application, a simple and convenient design. It is very convenient to pay by card, use currency exchange and send Sepa payments.
From time to time use Genome app for shopping. Amazing app, user friendly interface. 100% must have.
I ve been using Genome for almost a year. Fast money transfers, untill now i had no problems. Costumer support is best possible, answering in less then few minutes every time i needed. Only what i think is missing short to perfect is that frequent security checks (blocking transfers for a check even with a supersmall 10-20 payments) are annoying and will cause costumer to choose different financial operater for serious private and business transfers.
I had my first experience with the Customer Support via chat support. The Customer Support agent answered me very fast. I told the agent my problem and in a very short time my problem was favorable solved. I advice you to trust and make transactions with this company.
My recent experience was excellent, thanks to Genome's people who are friendly, accurate and reliable. I wish they continue like that.

A very convenient platform for working with money transfers, everything is clear and convenient, there is feedback, which is very important. There are answers to any questions, for which many thanks to the Genome team! I recommend!
I found Genome to be a very good platform if you have a business and you want to manage both personal and business funds. User-to-user payments work extremely well and fast and it's convenient to have both EUR and SWIFT payments on one platform, plus a Visa card. Although I had to contact Support several times to understand some processes, the Support Team actually replied pretty fast and helped a lot. Hope they keep improving and expanding their services and payment destinations though.
I opened this account to receive my pension and once the first transfer arrived, a withdrawal transfer was stopped without any explanation. Luckily support reply my email mentioning, I would need to fix the limits first and then it will work. Once done, again it was stopped. Again need to email them, and by then, I need to prove where the 3000 euros in the account come from. So upload the document and tried again, but again stopped. Now, need to face an interrogatory online: where are you now? Are you using a VPN? Why use one? Have you given someone else your account to use it? etc!! After answering it, I asked how long this compliance process is going to take. The answer: 5 working days!! OMG!!! Maybe, I should have said, I am a Ukrainian citizen to deserve the "normal treatment". What really pisses me off, is that the bank knows all these steps, but nobody informs you about it in advance. Seems that anyone using money or having a bank account these days is either a criminal, money launder or drug trafficker. You don't own your money anymore, banks do. And like when we were kids, we need to ask them permission. Soon, they are going to ask you, how do you spend it and why? I am done with it. Don't recommend anyone to open an account here. Revolut or Wise are 1000% better options.

Starting a new business account with Genome. They have just excellent customer support! It's fast informative and responsive. No issues with the experience so far
I received the quality services, thank you! I quickly solved my problem. My payments are on time.
I opened an account on 16/03 and on 15/07 I received an email that my account is on investigation, and it's written like this : Please note that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Clauses 12 and 20), your personal wallet is now under investigation.
The investigation can take up to 30 days, yet it usually takes us 10-15 days to gather all the necessary information and documents and come up with a decision.
NB: you can receive money, but you can't send it out or pay with the card ( what smart people in there ) one month later I did contact theme they told its taking as a little longer, and until today my account still on investigation, when I did contact again and again the support he told that they have the right to extend the time, and it's mentioned on Clause 20.6 after I read it, it's about after they close your account they can hold your money up to 180 days, but it's not the investigation and now 3 months and my money is held in their more than 5k that I can't use till they finish their investigation that i don't know when it will finish, and they don't mention that in their email or their Terms and Conditions!! I will give my case to a lawyer better to pay some money to the lawyer to solve this than wait, i don't know how long 1-2-3 years!

I'm from Ukraine, I'm found article about Genome in the news where was said that it is "nice app" to have. I never received or send payment via Genome and now they don't want to close my never used account before I pay a monthly fee. And they don't care that I can't do it because all payments on foreign services are banned in Ukraine. Horrible service! Also Genome horrifying me that "debt" is going to grow and the case is going to be forward to debtors! It is look like Genome are company of people without soul! Awfully!
