First of all in a nutshell the service is a 9/10. It is fast, reliable, safe and they have good customer service because they respond quite quickly and resolve all doubts. The only point to improve is that they do not write in Chinese because that generates some insecurity or fear in people. I have bought my account (I bought it 4 days ago) and so far I have had no problems.

I'm not sure if there's an appropriate announcement about this, but it seems good to recommend email linking right after purchase.
