Clothes look great, good quality, fit as expected

Only minor complaints are shipping time and price

I bought this as part of an anniversary gift for my significant other. When I received the shirt in the mail my thoughts were it was a nice solid shirt. I love how minimal the design is and how pleasing it is to the eye. However when I received the shirt, after examining the shirt. I noticed that it seems like this is either a used or an old shirt that is resold because there was no clothing tags. Theres a tag on the neckline that was cut off (not by me) and it makes me feel uneasy about gifting it to someone.

Edit: Was previously given a 3 star score, but will now be bumped up to 4 stars. I was reached out to within a couple of hours of posting this review, and that says a lot with its customer service. They want to make it right. We have communicated with one another and was given a resolution, in which I am happy with. I would continue shopping on this site and hope this was only a one time occurrence.

I had some questions regarding sizing and I received great advice on sizing. The quality of the items received were great too and I recommend buying from this store. I will be buying again soon.

I've been searching for an oversized cardigan that doesn't swallow me up for a while and finally found this green one! It's just right cut for me, super comfy and oversized without being too baggy. Goes perfectly with a basic white tee, and the material is so soft!!! It’s my new favorite go-to already!!!

2 out of the 4 products did not look anything like the colors in the pictures. I am satisfied with the products themselves, but the difference in color is disappointing.

Despite issues with delivery and locating the package (at no fault of theirs) - they were extremely helpful with assisting me to locate the package.

Sweater and everything is amazing! Just had some weird smell that gave me a headache. Other than that, it’s great!

Low quality clothes produced in China with an incredibly convoluted returns policy. The clothes that I ordered including two pairs of trousers ordered at the same time in the same size are completely different waist sizes one would fit someone a with a waist a few inches bigger than my own and the other I can barely get past my thighs despite having ordered the same size for both. On top of this, the clothes appear to be completely different in quality from those shown in their pictures and mine were noticeably a different colour too. They charge premium prices for from my experience, a not at all premium product. Once I have followed their convoluted returns policy I shall, I hope be getting a refund.

Editing this review in light of the customer service I have receoived promptly from the company following my expression of my concerns. Their customer service has helped rectify my situation and have assured me that they will make changes based on what has occured with the clothes I receieved therefore I have ammended my review in light of this.

The sweater is perfect, I love it.

Great refund policy, great communication with customer support. There was an unexpected customs tax to deal with on the receiving end which was sorted out for me.

I love my first purchase. Got 2 coord sets, everything fits perfectly. The fabric is so soft and comfy. No issue with delivery. I get regular updates on shipping status. I will definitely come back and make more purchases! Thanks Gentleman’s Sole!

The quality of the products is awful, I filled a return form then didn’t hear anything from them.
I contacted them 1 week later, they said that “my form was lost” even though I received the confirmation of it to be sent.
For a return, you need to send the product back on your own costs, you need to fill a return form, to send it with a tacking number, to take a picture of the parcel before sending, to send an email to them with the picture and the tracking number.
If you don’t do it within 14 days after receiving the parcel, or if you miss any of those steps. They don’t refund….
How convenient it is for them that my 1st form disappeared…

EDIT: there has been a misunderstanding with the customer service because of automated messages.
They apologized for the inconvenience, fully refunded the product and I didn't have to send the product back.
I gave the product to a charity on their behalf.
Very satisfied with the way they handled the problem!

Amazing item quality, great material and lovely customer service. Completely recommend.
