Surprised - But Delighted
I ordered a TV remote purely on the strength of reviews and the professional looking website. However when I researched the company, and never received a confirmation email regarding my order, I became doubtful. But I am very pleased to report that my handset came within two days, was beautifully packaged and all I had to do was put batteries in it. It works great. Also the price, including postage, was better than I could find anywhere else. So thank you GenuineRemotes, or should I say Mr Higham. I certainly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new remote control.

I received my remote control within days of ordering and the item is fully functioning, thank you very much.
However, although I received an email from Paypal regards my payment, I did not get an acknowledgement of my order from you, and I was initially a bit worried. An email confirming a purchase may be a good thing to do in future?
