Had a fantastic time with the family at Battlezone Quad Biking! The track was beautiful — perfect for adventure-seekers of all ages, while also offering a relaxing experience for those who preferred to take it easy. Jay and Romeo were amazing hosts, ensuring everyone was safe, comfortable, and having fun. Big thanks to R & J for making it a memorable day!

Easy booking process, including adding additional people after the initial booking I had good contact from the site prior to the day. Directions and instructions were received in advance. The guy was friendly, informative and we all really enjoy the quad tour.

Really unhelpful customer service. Received the wrong confirmation and then price. Over looked and paid the greater amount but then a member of the party fell poorly so contacted at 7.30am on the day of the booking asking to reschedule and was refused. Very poor good will gesture and also bad booking service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We had a truly wonderful time on our Quad Bike safari. Our instructor, Jody, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that we built up our skills as the morning went on. The varied terrain meant that we always felt challenged and we all had a really great time. Thanks ever so much - highly recommended.

A very enjoyable Archery experience. It was fun and the instructor, Graham, was excellent and entertaining as well as providing effective guidance and instruction.

My husband and son did the guided experience and absolutely loved it. Thank you so much ; we will be back!

I booked an experience for my husbands birthday. This experience was local to us which was part of the appeal because it would allow our family to come along on the day. We initially booked the experience but due to what I can only say was technical issues, did not receive the email stating that our chosen date had been cancelled. Geronigo were quick to resolve this and, another date was booked. I was pleased with their response and attempts to resolve the problem. Unfortunately the dates have changed at least twice since then, with one of the date changes being in the same week as the experience. Further the location has been moved from being local to a 2 hour drive there and back for a start time at 9am making it awkward for our family to attend. (This was one of the reasons we booked the experience because of its locality). Therefore reluctantly we decided to cancel the experience and seek a refund of our monies. The experience was quite costly so you can imagine my upset to be offered only 85% of what was paid leaving Geronigo with a fee of £40.00. I have accepted the refund but feel aggrieved that I have had to bear the cost of £40 because their providers were not able to fulfil Geronigo's experience. Having checked Geronigos website, I find that their experiences whilst subject to Consumer Regulations fail to highlight what happens when their providers (which they quote as having 1000's) are unable to supply an experience or, that they may not provide a full refund, when their pitch suggests otherwise. Such detail is tantamount to pulling the wool over your eye's and, not something that I expected from a company who prides itself on providing 100% enjoyment from beginning to end! If you are seeking to do business with this company going forward please ensure that you protect yourself and, do not succumb to the same issues as we have. We will not be using their services again.

We booked Axe throwing in Newcastle. So much fun, the instructor was very attentive to our progress and encouraging. In a short space of time we hit the bullseye! Great session. Axe throwing is defiantly on the cards again!

Booked and attended quad biking session , Ross was our instructor and he was fabulous! I was nervous , but he put me at ease and went at my pace ! Fabulous scenery great track the hour and a half, just disappeared in no time. Had fabulous fun and will definitely be back for quad biking and the off roading experience.

A very enjoyable afternoon spent under the watchful gaze of the instructors offering positive feedback so that you made the most of the experience.

Total waste of time booked 3 times taken money then cancelled also very poor customer service just book elsewhere even tried to book time and date they advised still to no avail

The instructor was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with the safety briefing and teaching us the proper techniques. We felt completely comfortable and safe the entire time.

We loved the competitive element of trying to outdo each other!

This was a truly unique and memorable experience that we'd highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different. We'll definitely be back for another go!
