Avoid like the plague.

Lost a family member on the day of our event so was unable to attend. Policy is not agile enough to empathise, so as much as I’d like to shoot some clay pigeons at a later date I can’t because they simply won’t entertain an alternative.

Disappointing Experience: Lack of Communication and Unreliable Service at Quadrenalin

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Quadrenalin, booked through Geronigo. After booking a 45-minute quad bike session for myself and my 8-year-old child, we were met with nothing but frustration and disappointment.

Despite our anticipation for an exciting adventure, the quad bikes provided by Quadrenalin repeatedly broke down during the session, robbing us of the enjoyment we had hoped for. This was particularly disheartening for my child, who had been eagerly looking forward to this experience as a memorable first-time adventure.

To add to our disappointment, the promised health and safety information never reached us before the session, leaving us feeling uneasy about the safety protocols in place.

While the instructor at Quadrenalin acknowledged the issues we faced and promised a refund, I have yet to receive any further communication or confirmation regarding this matter. The lack of follow-up and resolution from Quadrenalin is completely unacceptable.

In light of the unsatisfactory service and failure to deliver on promises, I urge potential customers to reconsider booking with Quadrenalin through Geronigo. The lack of communication, unreliable equipment, and failure to address customer concerns demonstrate a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise against engaging with Quadrenalin for any future activities or services. As a dissatisfied customer, I expect a full refund for the subpar experience we endured.

Do not buy anything from these people

Do not buy anything from these people. They are total scammers. Bought a voucher for indoor skydiving from their website, where it states this is an activity in Truro. They then claim it is an old website. Whatever activity you want, they claim is close to you, take your money and refuse a refund.

The voucher purchased was a monetary value gift voucher, not a gift voucher that was valid for a specific experience.

The customer visited an old, archived web page for the experience. Unfortunately, search engines can hold on to archived web pages for products that are no longer available instead of immediately removing them. Not under our control, unfortunately.

The old web page that was visited is broken and does not allow booking or provide details regarding the experience or locations (as these are unavailable). No prices or packages are shown and no availability calendar is visible. Gift vouchers are not available to purchase either on this page.
The customer then clicked the main menu for the website. She followed the process and booked a monetary value gift voucher, valid for all the available experiences across the country.

The voucher was still valid for every experience that we offer, over 130 different activities.
However, as the customer only wanted a specific activity that we unfortunately no longer offer and made the mistake of buying a monetary value voucher instead, as a gesture of goodwill, the voucher was cancelled and refunded back to the purchaser.

Extremely poor customer service from…

Extremely poor customer service from the west malling event site and head office. Don't ever be unwell on the morning of your activity! No flexibility to move dates, must send someone in your place. No refund and full price to go again. "Think of it like a theatre booking" they said! Funny looking theatre and for the record, alot of theatre's will let you change dates if you're unwell.

Maplas Off Roading experience.

Went to Maplas, Cheshire for an hour long Off Road Driving experience bought for me as a birthday gift. The instructor Terry, was excellent. Lovely person and very informative, made me feel very at ease and it was just like being in the car with a friend. Highly recommend having a go at this, it emphasises the excellence of off road vehicles and the capabilities that they will endure. Thanks to Terry for a great day.

Unscrupulous,ruthless scamming rogues…

Unscrupulous,ruthless scamming rogues with zero interest and expertise in customer service.
Have nothing whatsoever to do with these tramps.
One thing, these cowboys are good at is making money.
I recently had been booked onto a quad biking session at Uxbridge that was scheduled to happen at 230pm on Saturday October 15th 2022.
On the day before this, Friday October 14th, i was at the last minute required to fly back to Belfast to visit my father who had been admitted to the hospital in a critical condition.
I had returned to England on Sunday October 16th as my father made good progress and was thankfully on the mend ...
Meanwhile during the intense situation that surrounded my father's health on Friday morning October 14th , i completely forgot about this quad biking session that was due to take place on Saturday October 15th the next day ....
So much so that I had a missed call from an instructor by the name of Paul Nichols to remind me of this October 15th quad biking session that was due to take place on the afternoon of Saturday 15th October 2022..
I noticed this missed call from Paul Nichols on Saturday evening, October 15th at 9pm after having been at the hospital visiting my sick Father .
Obviously mobiles need to be placed on silent during hospital visiting times which would explain why i missed the call from the instructor Paul Nichols.
I had been in contact with Paul Nichols to explain the situation surrounding my father's health and Paul had advised me to contact customer services.
I rang customer services today Tuesday October 25th 2022 to explain the situation why I had missed the quad biking session though, under the mitigating circumstances that were unavoidable and out of my control, i requested the possibility of an alternative quad bike session offered to myself at no extra cost.
I had been told by customer services that this was nothing more than a "no show" on my part and that i should have been in touch with this office to inform them of the situation with my ill father....
Frankly and honestly i had more important things and matters on my mind over the last few days regarding my father's health....
Which explains why I forgot about this quad bike session.
In my opinion and experience, this attitude of this company directed towards me is deplorable, sick, ruthless and completely unreasonable given the circumstances that were out of my control.
What I would advise everyone reading this review regarding my experience of these cowboys is to stay as far away as possible from these unprofessional, sleezy,, unscrupulous cowboys....
Avoid them at all costs...
Use any other event hire company over and above than these rogues ....
Avoid these Tramps like the black death.

We are of course sympathetic to any unfortunate outside influences that effect customers not being able to complete experiences. Had we known prior to the the event time that you would no longer be able to attend then alternate arrangements could possibly have been made. Even a quick call or an email on the Friday or the Saturday (the day of the event).

This specific location is always fully booked for event days so missing a session without any notification, or providing an opportunity for us to resell the spaces incurs costs for instructors awaiting your arrival. Other potential customers that may also be interested in that specific time slot are also then turned away due to this already being reserved, which is also why missed sessions are non-transferable.

Very poor customer service

Our £120 voucher had expired because of personal circumstances but no discussion or consideration when we called to ask for an extension. We were told that there could be no extension - no interest in why we could not use the voucher in the original period. Very arrogant and rude staff. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM TO OFFER AN ACTVITY AS A GIFT - THE EXPIRY DATES ARE WRITTEN IN SMALL FONT AT THE BOTOM OF THE VOUCHER - A TRAP!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

A great family activity

The archery was a great activity which our whole family enjoyed. The instructor made the day fun with games and he was very patient explaining to us how to use the bow and arrow. Would highly recommend to others and would do this activity again.

BE WARNED DO NOT BOOK!

BE WARNED DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE! I booked a skydive for my partner's 40th birthday paid the deposit. Then they text and email me asking me to contact them the booking slot 12.30 is not available and they will have to change it to 4.30 (may i add they have already took the deposit before confirming this me). Less than 24 hours before the jump they send me a text message telling me to check my emails the jump had been cancelled due to bad weather. May i add the email was sent after they had closed so i could not speak to anybody phone just ringing out. Same again the day after which should have been the day if the jump. I had to pay £140 in hotel bills because it was less than 24 hours notice. I also had less than 24 hours to sort something else for my partners birthday.
When i do eventually get to speak to somebody 3 days later and state i want a refund as less than 24hours notice is not acceptable they pass me from pillar to post. Then keep sending me emails about re booking which may i add needs to be done with 3 months, what if the same happens again and again. Maybe this is a way, a scam of getting the deposit out of people. I have now been left with no choice than to contact the ombudsman!! Terrible company and shocking customer service DO NOT BOOK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

More lies in the response you had taken the money from the bank before comfirming the time!

The payment was taken and i can prove it. Do not try calling me a liar i will have you for slander!
Dont waste your time people book with a proper company. The reviews do not lie on here.

As detailed in our calls and email responses over the last couple of days. When booking a skydiving experience, a very weather reliant activity, there is a chance (as described during the booking process) that if the weather is deemed unsafe then the experience will need to be postponed.

The instructors have to make the call the day before the event, when they have a better idea of what will be happening up there. And on this occasion unfortunately the event had to be postponed.

As part of booking skydiving (as detailed and agreed to during the booking process, completed by the customer) If the event is cancelled due to weather then this will be rescheduled to a future date provided and suitable for the customer.

Reschedules are dealt with directly by the team on site running the experience. These lines are open from Tuesday to Fridays. Also available on weekends at certain times (around the jumps that are taking place).

To clarify regarding the timing and payment. The booking request was for early afternoon. The payment was not initially confirmed as we had to offer a later time slot instead (We did also advise that no payment had been taken until we heard back, to confirm this time was suitable).

Response to edited review-
No payments are confirmed until the date and time are agreed to, including alterations to the requested times. On booking the payment remains in the accounts (but reserved for us) waiting for us to confirm and capture the payment on our end.
Had the alternate offered time been declined the reservation on the funds would have been cancelled. No payment taken. Only when the time was agreed to was the reserved payment actually confirmed and captured.

Axcellent!

We booked axe throwing at Falmer, near Brighton. We were greeted by a smiling Nathan at the parking place. He then drove us up to the site in a mini bus. His chat and banter was infectious. We were offered drinks before we started. Toilets available. Tuition was given to use small axes, knives and a BIG axe! Every aspect of this was informative, safe and encouraging. This was a very different activity to try which we all enjoyed, good value, fabulous instructor, beautiful location. Recommend.

Avoid booking at all costs

Avoid booking at all costs. Sold a tour that did not exist and then refused to give a full refund back!!! Awful customer service!!! Book anywhere else!!!!

Edit: I was not offered a refund and had to fight for a part refund that didn't cover the value shortfall.
The voucher came from the provider as they were embarrassed and is of no use.

Customer booked a kayak package that we unfortunately were not aware was no longer being run at the time. An alternate kayak experience was offers, accepted and completed by the customer. A refund on the price difference was provided on the same day as well as a further £75 credit voucher due to the inconvenience.
