Bought the aids when the company was called Getsmarthearing. I would not recommend them. The quality of the aids is crap. The aids did not work for me so asked to return them under the 45 day guarantee. They offered me 30% of the cost back, which I refused. They then offered me 40% back which I again refused. They would not give me a return address until I accepted their offer.
I then contacted my credit card company (the Halifax) who advised me to lodge a dispute with them, which I did and then went through the whole rigmarole with the dispute agent at the Halifax. Within 2 days I received a full refund and didn’t even have to return the hearing aids, which have gone in the bin!

Brought my car in for a repair to the bumper. The team made the repair very quickly at short notice just in time for my MOT and were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

My daughter enjoys her Maths and English lessons very much as her tutor makes it really interesting and fun. As She started a month ago, I will wait another 6 months to see how she is improving in both subjects. I will make a new review in due course. We are happy so far. My child has been attending Get smart for a couple of years.
