AVOID AVOID AVOID! Worst experience ive ever had, i paid for medication and provided all documents as requested, one was redused so privided a DWP letter, this was rejected even though it was in date, i then pmreluctantky provided a bank statement (all within 24hrs) i waited 3 days for that to be approved after multiole emails sent to customer service. Then 2 days after (i should habe medication by that point) im still chasing my order then get multiple messages saying they have sent a message amd need a response, i find the message only to nkt be able to reply 1 because there was no questions and 2 because the chat was closed by an agen... i tried many times to reply. I then emailed AGAIN for the umpeenth time, then i was advised it was being dispatched, i checked following day and was set back to start for review.... i emailed AGAIN, no reply and checked later that day and had said preparing dispatch again?
Finally arrived over a week later, my wellness vitamins were not enclosed, tje packagimg crumpled and so damged i am wary to even use the medication!
I have cancelled sunscription npw and wont be using again!

Extremely disappointed. They recorded the wrong date for my last dose and refused to process my prescription based on their own incorrect information. I clearly documented the correct date when submitting my form.
This mistake delayed my medication, even though my next dose was due and I had ordered in advance. For a service handling prescriptions, this level of inaccuracy and lack of urgency is concerning.
I would not feel confident relying on them again.

Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. Won't be ordering from here again.
GetADrip's response only doubles down on the issue I had. I explained several times to their customer services that the discount code worked perfectly fine on a bundle item. They also emailed me 2 other discount codes that their email made clear was available on bundle items. I had even tested these codes on items put into a basket, and they were all valid and showed the discount working. I explained this time and time again, but all emails where I explained this were ignored.

The Mounjaro was excellent
The Mounjaro was excellent, the delivery was also excellent: the cool-pack arrived still fully frozen so the insulation provided was excellent.
I don't really like the assumed auto-renewal at an inflated price though. Still I was able to cancel it on my login. Extremely happy with the service.
