    I placed my order today and followed the instructions to upload my photos, which I’ve done. When I check my account, it shows one of the pictures has been duplicated. On its own that’s a minor issue, but it’s the bigger problems that concern me.

    Your website states that the contact centre opens at 9:30am. This is incorrect — it actually opens at 10am. Even then, you can’t get through to a human being; you’re immediately diverted to a voicemail telling you to leave a message. For a company charging premium prices for weight‑loss injections, this level of service is unacceptable.

    If I went into a steak restaurant and received poor service, the steak would be going back. I don’t see why the same standard shouldn’t apply here. These products are not cheap, and customers deserve proper support and accurate information.

    I’ve spent most of the morning trying to speak to an actual person with very little progress. As a brand‑new customer, this is my first experience with your company, and it hasn’t inspired confidence. I am now seriously considering cancelling my order and going with a more reputable firm.

    Never again

    Sadly I probably had the worst experience with a provider. I placed the order on the Thursday, consistently told to do the same assessment over and over. Said I hadn’t uploaded the back of my passport correctly (never been asked to see the back)
    Uploaded bank statements told that was never received
    Order was not approved till Sunday (never happened with another provider)
    Order didn’t get shipped out till Tuesday was told would be delivered Tuesday wasn’t delivered till Wednesday
    And not even sure if it’s the right strength or dose even though it says so as no suppression, nothing
    Wish I could get my money back

    Delivery was fine but they called me approx 50 times to ask me to upload documents I'd already uploaded. No way to stop the calls as order wasnt delivered. Tried online chat function to remove my landline number and it was gonna take 48hrs to resolve. Not good enough. Anyway, for 5mg bargain with discount used.

    Avoid at all costs!

    Just to make it clear- I have canceled the subscription BEFORE the dispatch.I have canceled the subscription was sent the medication anyway so I didnt acept the delivery the medication went bsck to sender and then i was REFUSED a refund. Now I have no £240 an no medication. Bunch of thieves ! Avoid at all costs!

    We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the outcome and appreciate how frustrating this situation feels.

    To clarify, your subscription was cancelled after the medication had already been clinically approved and dispensed by the pharmacy. As this is a prescription-only medicine, once it has been issued and dispatched it cannot be returned to stock or refunded, even if delivery is refused or the parcel is returned to sender. This is due to UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements, which we did explain at the time.

    Unfortunately, prescription medications cannot be re-used or re-sold once they have left the pharmacy’s control, regardless of whether they are opened or accepted.

    We understand this is disappointing, but this policy is in place to ensure clinical safety and regulatory compliance.

    2 weeks delay for refrigerated medication!

    Ordered on Monday 26th of January, approved the next day and said on my account it’s been sent out. Got a notification from DPD on the 28th to say we’re expecting your order then on the 29th it says it’s been delayed. It’s been the same since and I’ve submitted messages through their service and I just keep getting told it’s been dispatched. This has now almost been 2 weeks and I’m concerned as it’s medication that needs to be kept in a fridge. Customer service is horrendous and my last request I said if I can’t get a definitive answer I want a refund and it’s not been acknowledged in my reply they have just stated yet again that it’s been dispatched. To make things worse I tried to call as it says if it’s urgent to phone, was waiting in the queue and it just said their busy leave a voicemail with my details which I did on Friday and still no response. Starting to look like a scam … order number 32610 and I’ve already submitted a few requests and getting no where with them**conveniently they have responded to my request and provided an instant refund after a review has been left**
