I ordered from GetaHugCo on June 28th hoping it would arrive in time for my girlfriend’s birthday. Unfortunately, not only did it arrive extremely late, but as of now, I still haven’t received the package.

Their tracking system provides very limited information, and I had no idea where the package actually was for days. The shipping partner they use is terrible — slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. What was supposed to be a meaningful gift ended up becoming a huge source of stress and disappointment.

Now there’s even a risk of the item being returned to the seller, and the whole point of the order — making my girlfriend’s birthday special — was completely ruined. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience.

A website that pretends to handcraft teddy bears is actually buying them from China for small amount. Don't be fooled. You can buy exact the same teddy on Temu in low price.

It honestly sucks that the only way I can get into any sort of contact with get a hug is by reviewing them on here. Before I update this review or my other review I will first have to receive my order on July 9th. I hate that I have to review again but it’s my only way of getting any response at all.

I had no issues the first time i ordered from them but for some reason it seems to be taking them ages to ship the 2 sets of clothes i ordered on the 13th june. Ive emailed and have had no reply .

The bears are really unique. My grandchildren like them. They are made well, the outfits are so nice and made well also. There are a lot of outfits to choose from and variety.

The whole experience is perfect, whenever I had a problem with shipping they immediately helped!
