My order number is #GH88120172 It has been over 11 days and i paid for the fastest shipping that was offered. When i check my email or the website it just said your order has been confirmed and when i reached out to the customer service i never got any type of reply.

The quality of their products is amazing and it's so adorable I love everything about the company and how nice they are as well as the amount of variety in different clothes for the bears love it

I ordered two mini bears, with their outfits and I' m so happy!
They arrived exactly on time, the packaging is so accurate and really nice, even for a present.
I wish I could buy, maybe another one.
I recommend this, I think your gift will be really appreciated!

I think the shipping was absolutely terrible but when I reached out to them, they replied right away and they were really kind and they gave me a tracking link cause I think it’s really helpful aside from shipping. I think it’s gonna be awesome.

The bear is really cute and I love it, very soft (that made me speechless) and honestly perfect as a keychain on my bag.
4 stars because the tracking is really bad and its not detailed when it will arrive so when it arrived i didnt even know what it was.
Id say totally worth it still, better than labubu.

Had a lower review but changed it due to customer service being very understanding with my stolen package just takes longer for them to reply as of now.

To start I love the bears, they are so soft and the quality is great. I love that it doesn’t take long to be delivered and that it’s easy to track where the package is.

I received my package promptly, and the bear is incredibly soft and of high quality. I had ordered an outfit for my mini bear, but I was having trouble with the updates of my package. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. They ensured that my package would be delivered as quickly as possible by the shipping company.

UPDATE: the seller fixed the issue and sent a pair of new bows for the bunny! So 5 stars, their customer service responded swiftly and fixed the issue immediately! 10/10 will always purchase from here! :)

It's been 1 month since I ordered the bear and have not received any further updates on my package. I ordered a couple weeks before my girlfriend's birthday and it is extremely late. 10-15 days delivery? More like no delivery. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered a mini getahug bear with two outfits, however, one of the outfits was missing one of its pieces. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in finding a solution. They offered either a refund or to send another outfit and they ended up shipping a replacement. Overall, I am satisfied with their customer service and their products!

When I first ordered the teddy bear on the site I was skeptical because the method of making the payment didn’t give me enough trust,, so I used a debit card that is like one time use and pay for it, ( I wish they had more method of secured payment like PayPal or something similar but after like 2 weeks I have the package in the mail and my lady love it, specially the box that comes with has a zipper on the top to pulls it off and that’s unique I never seen that before, the bear was pretty cool and the outfit of monster was Cool too, I definitely recommend the site , even though I can see why someone would be skeptical too about ordering, but as I costumer I definitely recommend the site website to order one

These little bears are the cutest. Very trendy. My teen daughter just loves them. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. I highly recommend! worth the little extra wait in shipping! and they come with a cute outfit!

The bear I ordered (brown) is absolutely adorable. It is so soft, and the clothes are the cutest thing. The shipping estimation time was accurate. Looking forward to new clothing styles to purchase!

I'm 20 years old and I don't normally write reviews but I want to give a bit of peace of mind to those of you that are feeling the same way I did about this company. I was really skeptical after reading so many bad reviews on both getahug.co and the shipping provider that they use (Yanwen). Not only this but every video I could find online about these bears all seemed to be PR related, they all had a discount code in the caption and things. I couldn't find one video of someone who had just bought a bear themselves. Anyways, I spent all week worrying that the gift I ordered either wouldn't arrive in time or wouldn't arrive at all. It arrived early!!! I placed my order on July 19th and it arrived safe and sound July 26th. The cuddly bunny I ordered couldn't be any cuter! She came packaged really well and all of her outfits were in there too. This will make such a great gift.

Wanted to buy a teddy since 1week now but when i want to pay it keep saying the system is too busy. I reached out to the getahug service but no one answered. Very disapointing…
