I just got my teddy bear in the mail and OMG it is absolutely beautiful! I’m completely in love with those sweet blushed cheeks - they give it such a precious, lovable expression. And the fact that it has joints is amazing!! I can actually sit it down properly, pose it however I want, and it stays in position. The quality is outstanding - you can tell this isn’t just another mass-produced stuffed animal. The fabric is so soft and the stitching looks really durable. It’s the perfect size for cuddling but also looks great just sitting on my shelf. Honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re on the fence about ordering one, just do it - you won’t regret it! This little guy has already become my favorite comfort item. Definitely planning to order another one as a gift!

A beautiful gift for my granddaughter well worth the money as the teddies are gorgeous, legs & arms easy to move the perfect size for a little one to hold.
Customer services were also very helpful when I had a problem with an outfit.

Regardless of tracking the whole company as a whole were quick to respond to emails and updated the tracking once I ask . It’s not the company fault it’s the courier . Back to topic the Teddy is so cute and 100% satisfy regardless of the wait .
