WORST product! Don’t waste your money. Didn’t stick and spent my entire wedding day pushing them up/using boob tape. When I reached out to complain, (after they made me jump through hopes to prove they were infact, INEFFECTIVE) they told me they wouldn’t refund but would give me 50% off another product or 25$ towards shipping the same pair I bought for 78$ CAD.

Do not buy ladies!!! Especially not for your wedding day!

TLDR: I LOST $50+ because of this brand. They give NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT ITEMS BEING DELIVERED, hence why my package was stolen. Customer service is TERRIBLE and inconsistent - they are saying they can't re-deliver my packages or help me out with this, which is inconsistent with the rest of the reviews here so...I guess they have no standardized protocol AT ALL. First of all, I’ve never experienced this situation where I never received a delivery confirmation email, text, or any other notification from the merchant about the delivery. I always wait for my order’s delivery confirmation so that I can grab the package as soon as possible to avoid it being stolen. This issue does not seem to be a unique one… I am surprised that BOOMBA has not thought about preventing this outcome by effectively improving communication about packages being delivered for their customers. When I reached out to them about this, they were prompt to respond but ultimately just tossed me to speak to DHL, saying that they cannot re-deliver my package. It's just unacceptable how they aren't even able to own up to their own mistakes. I just got off a call with DHL — of course they redirected me to the seller. Their "track package" link sent with the original shipping confirmation email did not work either, so it was not even efficient to check where the package was at every moment of the day, if that’s what they expect us to do from our end as the customers??! I am so disappointed because this is for my WEDDING.

Don't usually trust instagram and Tiktok trends but I tried these out and was pleasantly surprised that they actually work. Didn't move around or fall off and really did boost me about 2 cup sizes. Would definitely recommend!

My seamstress recommended these inserts for my dress because taking in the chest area of my wedding dress would change the back of the dress and I didn't want that, they came in two days and worked as she said.

They literally don't do anything, and you can't return.

Made an order with this company for some inserts and underwear, for my wedding.My first parcel was lost, another was sent however the underwear was far smaller then the website states. The tag provided with them states as-long as it was not removed it could be exchanged or refunded. Emailed the company was told no we don’t do refunds or exchanges due to the nature of there products and offered reshipment with 50% off. Bear in mind if already paid £63! They take your money and offer a poor customer service!! Do not shop here

Sizing in non applicable for bigger chests. I bought originally the lifting pads and was happy but they were a bit too small. So I got the next size up... to be sent a smaller size. When I contacted them they said due to the nature of the product they are unable to accept a refund at all. But that I could spend more money to buy another one that may or may not fit, they did give me a discount tk buy another one but it still would have been 40ish usd. They admitted to me via email that they needed to update their sizing online but they haven't done this yet.

The sizing is incorrect. For larger busts the sizing isn't compatible. Despite only opening the box to inspect the items, they are refusing to accept a return.

I had bought these because there were gaps in my clothes and I wanted to fill them and feel more confident wearing them. I followed the size chart and instructions making sure that I’d get the best fit.

When they arrived, I tried them on with multiple dresses and there were massive gaps which made it feel like the inserts where floating between my chest and my dresses. Even after watching the videos and readjusting with different dresses, they weren’t working.

I reached out to ask for help. Initially, they didn’t respond so I had to follow up. Once they responded, I continued trying using their tips. When I realized that they weren’t going to work for me, I asked if I could return them. After sending images and telling them what I’d tried, they offered me a 50% discount to purchase a smaller size when I had bought the right size according to their size chart.

There’s a lack of product integrity. If I have to purchase another size to make it work, it means that their size chart or information may be inaccurate. If I had purchased another set, it may have not worked even in a smaller size and I would be stuck with yet another set I can’t wear.

I genuinely wanted this to work because who doesn’t want to feel more confident in their clothes. However, it didn’t and they refused to refund me even if I was willing to return it because it would be a waste.

Really disappointed in the customer service especially when I expressed in a kind manner that it wasn’t working and I didn’t want to have to spend more to try it again knowing I won’t be able to get my money back. I will be claiming this through my bank. I wouldn’t recommend knowing how bad the customer service is.

Not sure if this is a scam company but based on some reviews I've found, I'd say it is so I've raised a chargeback with my bank. It says 4-10 business days shipping, but it's been that amount of time and royal mail haven't received my parcel, it just says in transit in Singapore or somewhere. Obviously can't believe a foreign tracking website, they easily could've created it or sent a £1 fake product that would just not be sent from Singapore, hence why it's just been "in transit" at Singapore etc for 10 days. I've ordered loads of things from foreign countries before, and it's never taken this long, so I assume it's a scam company that just uses the old "shipping delays are not our fault" and you never actually get the product, it's just "delayed". On the website it says 4 days shipping, they are now saying it could be TWENTY EIGHT DAYS. 28 days shipping, so please don't waste your money with this company. And please be careful of people you order from via social media. I ordered on the 4th Dec, and they are saying it won't even arrive by Christmas!

They sent me the wrong size. I reach out to exchange, never even opened the box. Their "offer" was to give me 50% off another order, not a refund nor an offer to exchange an unopened product.
After a lot of back and forth, including sending them pictures of the unopened product I can "return" but they are charging me $15 to "return" an unopened product. I just wanted to exchange for the correct size as the wrong one was sent.
I would not buy from them, though they are responsive they are not helpful, no matter what it costs you money.

Just recieved my package this morning just in time for my event. I ordered last minute and the customer service lady Jessica was super helpful and helped make sure my package in time for my event!

I am so dissapointed
I was very excited about the product, but that feeling only lasted up until I opened the box. First of all, I payed 60 DOLLARS for the inserts THEMSELVES and later found out that the parcel was being shipped from SINGAPORE (I live in Europe) and got charged 33 dollars in taxes which they did NOT specify at checkout. I even got redirected to a “suitable website” for European customers and I still payed almost 100 dollars in total for one pair. The product itself is so disgusting and disappointing. Boomba advertised it as a “small chested friendly” product but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It does absolutely nothing and I literally can’t see a difference. I also just found out that the company scams small influencers by asking for unedited footage of them putting the inserts on and then scamming them by not paying them for the free advertisement. Overall I would not recommend shopping at Boomba for anyone, especially those with a smaller chest, because it’s all a huge scam.

please bare in mind you CANNOT return anything you buy !! I sent £100 on two different items not realising I couldn’t return one size … it’s turns out both items were not correct for my dress and I can’t get a refund !
Customer services were quick to reply but what’s the point of good customer service if you can’t return an expensive product !

I really value the customer service of a company. Not only were the inserts amazing, their customer service caught a mistake in my order and reached out and helped me fix it.

I see their products everywhere online and in stores this year. It seems like they’re doing something right.

These came in a nice box, but I thought they didn’t work when I first got them because they didn’t stick on my body the way that normal sticky bras do. Checked their website for the tutorial and realise that you have to put them on the clothing first, then “scoop”, then stick. Honestly, It was different than anything else I have used, but the results were better than anything else I have used.

I’m about to buy them again because I have a different dress I want to wear and the cutting is different. 10/10 recommend.

First of all, the customer service was very nice and answered all my questions. I should have checked their website before making my purchase. You cannot wear these bras with thin summer clothing. As someone who doesn’t have firm breasts, I needed a bra that I could wear with my summer clothes, which are mostly loose-fitting or made of satin. They mentioned that I was supposed to use these bras with thicker clothing, but I could use a normal strapless bra instead, which is more comfortable.

So, be sure to check the “how to use” page to see if the product is suitable for you before buying it. Otherwise, you could risk losing $110 like I did, since returns are not accepted.

I ordered two products from Boomba, the ultra and demi inserts after using their cup size calculator to determine what cup size to order. Once received I tried the top with over 10 different types of tops, all corset or halter type tops that have support and material sturdy enough to support the inserts and they looked pretty awful in almost every top. The inserts either stuck out the armpit side of the tops, or they were visible somewhere else on my tops making it impossible to hide. They are also extremely hard to get sitting right in tops that they do sit well in, and usually make your boobs too large for the top (so you have to compensate for either buying a larger top size). They looked extremely disproportionate and it’s so difficult to keep them sitting right in the inserts, trust me I tried everything because I didn’t want to accept I had wasted so much money. I emailed Boomba, reaching out for help as I am a 10DD or 10D in most bras, and they told me I had ordered the correct size I just wasn’t using them correctly. So I ordered a few more tops like corsets and bustiers with support to see if that changed anything and they still all look awful. I emailed them back asking to try a different size or to receive a refund, and they tried to offer me a discount code for future purchases. In which I replied that I would not spend more money (already spent $150) just to be likely disappointed again, and unable to receive a refund. Do not order from this brand, they pay influencers/tiktokers to make content recommending them but they are all paid to say what they say in the ads.

The inserts were recommended by my seamstress in Vegas. I was shocked at how it transformed my dress. The inserts instantly lifted and helped put everything in place. I’ll get getting them for all seven of my bridesmaids!
