I love this oil!! I don’t know if it’s changing the look of my loose skin for good, but I do know that when I use it, my legs look amazing! It soaks in well and just leaves me feeling hydrated and legs looking nourished. Love, love!

So far the product ( overnight firming oil ), is beyond expectations.. it took nearly a month to reach me though 🙁 which was incredibly frustrating.

I appreciate the quick response to my issue. It was difficult for me to navigate your website to manage my subscription though. Please inform me how to manage it without further emails, unless that is the only avenue. Otherwise I like your product and plan to continue, I just don’t need any more right now. Thank you

The customer service was very good and helped me cancel my subscription. I hasn't realised that when I purchased the cream that it cane up as a subscription for every month. I found this out when I was charged for the next month and emails came through saying thst my next batch was on the way. Thus was too expensive for me to keep paying monthly. The customer service quickly rectified this for me and all cancelled now.

I love this body oil. It is rich and moisturizing without being too thick or sticky

Have been using twice a day for over a week now and definitely seen improvement. I'll reserve judgement for another few weeks!

Currently seeking refund. Terrible product. Heavy, greasy and over all disappointing. Maybe the cream is okay but the body oil is gross.

I did get a quick response but I wish you made the subscription more obvious on the order form. I never want auto shipments, I like to manage my own. Also you made it difficult to cancel, I had to agree YES I want to cancel at least 6 times. Do better if you want me to continue to order your products. Thanks for listening.

I emailed customer service as I didn't realise that I checked out of my order with the subscribe and save option. They were very quick to respond and solved my issue promptly. They were very helpful and professional.

SCAM: they sent the second order (subscription I tried to cancel) before I had even received the first order. They do not honor the 60 day satisfaction they tout on the website. Returning it costs almost as much as the product, why spend more money? So I have six jars of the stuff if anybody wants it before I throw it out.

Best product I have ever used. My décolleté was showing signs of sun damage and looking “crepey”. Cellu has ironed out that wrinkle for me!

Made my skin feel softer. Looks smoother, slightly tighter in appearance.

I received a reply within an hour and all my concerns were taken care of.

You could make it clearer on purchase that the customer is entering into a subscription for delivery evey 4 weeks.
Saying that,contacting your customer services was easy and prompt reply and instructions to cancell recieved.well done.

Product did not do a thing. I ordered on May 30th. they were "genuinely sorry to hear that you didn't see the results you were hoping for" Was charged 3.99 for shipping. Arrived June 16th. Used until I ran out of product Aug. 3. Asked for a refund. first was told I was beyond 30 days, and offered a 15% refund as a "goodwill gesture" but the website clearly states that "60-Day Risk-Free Trial We stand behind our skincare and your satisfaction. That’s why every Cellu purchase comes with a 60-day risk-free trial. If you’re not in love with your results, you have up to 60 days after receiving your item to request a return — even if the product has been opened and used." when I pointed that out I was told I can return the empty containers but I have to pay the shipping cost - to some international address. no where on the website or the invoice does it say returns go to some international "fulfilment center". they offered a 25% refund, which I am tempted to take just to not deal with them any more, but I paid 83.97 for this worthless stuff and should get my full refund.

Too early to tell if it's working. But I do love the scent. I took off one star because of the lack of a straight answer when I asked specifically where the product was manufactured.
