Love the product! I am using a couple other lotions/oils for my arms and legs and find Cellu a much more condensed product. It lasts so much longer on my dry skin.

Honest feedback on quality and effectiveness of product.

I ordered product via their website. Unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction. Prior to the reaction, I had emailed asking different questions. Those emails were answered very quickly. Once I emailed about the allergic reaction, email responses from them slowed. I asked about returns (which according to their website I was well within the time frame). They told me they had partnered with an international shipping company and explained that the shipping costs would be my responsibility and probably high. They offered an immediate credit of 35%. I agreed. Still don’t have that refund. Then I asked if the different product that I had already ordered would have the same reaction. Getting responses again slowed. I told them I would refuse the shipment and would like a full refund for that. When the product came in, it came from California, not an international address. I refused the product. They said it still has to be returned through their international shipper. Their website says NOTHING about international shipping for returns.

Excellent customer service and great product

I haven’t been using the eye cream for very long, but I like it so far. Seems to be working. My dark circles and bags under my eyes are less and my upper lids look better also. I will continue to use it.

Ordering was simple and delivery quick.

I requested cancellation immediately after placing the order. In response, the company asked me to provide my name and email address, despite both being clearly included in the original email along with the order number. The following day, I was informed that the item had already shipped, which was not true. They then provided a tracking number that was linked to an unrelated shipment from two years ago. As a result, I filed a dispute with my bank to obtain a refund and blocked any future transactions with this company.

Never received my order, I emailed to say either refund me or send the goods, and I’ve been charged again and still no delivery. It’s impossible to chase it as no one there knows what they are doing. I’m going to have to claim a fraud case with my bank account.

I didn’t subscribe for this and I’m being charged already for more product! I’m trying to cancel and I’m not receiving any feedback back from the company! Pretty disappointed!☹️

I like the lotion. I have noticed a change in my skin, especially my hands. My skin is silky smooth also.
I will tell my friends about it.

I haven’t had it long enough to see lasting effects, but it feels lovely and smells ever so lightly of rose. So far so good

When ordering, they sneakily pre tick the subscription box, (which is in small print so you are less likely to notice it) and you have to untick this box if you don’t want continuing orders. This wouldn’t be such a problem if the company didn’t make it so difficult to stop the subscription, making out you have to do it through a special link which they keep promising to send you and it never arrives! Very poor customer service. Too soon to tell if the cream works but with such a dishonest company, I really doubt it!

Feedback was quick. Solution worked for me. Won’t have to worry about returning product.

Product not working on me

Visible results in skin hydration immediately and skin firmness in the first week. Skin feels so soft and not greasy at all like most oils.

Makes my skin look and feel amazing, twice a day takes the crepe away! And it smells good
