I have invested £2000 in Chip and as it…

I have invested £2000 in Chip and as it appears to be earning no interest, would now like to withdraw the full amount. This is proving difficult to do. The app insists I must give Chip 90 days access to my personal bank account. I do not want to do this. I'm not sure what to do to withdraw my money.
Today - 25.2.26 Chip responded helpful and enable me to withdraw the money without having to give access to my personal bank account.

Dealing with a bereavement

Following a bereavement, I was tasked with reaching out to Chip. All my messages were with the same person, Todd, who consistently offered his condolences . I was kept up to date with progress at each stage. Very considerate and empathetic with situation and Todd warned me that some correspondence would be in the name of the deceased and he apologised. He then gave me a timeline of the next steps. All resolved relatively quickly and very smoothly.
A very positive interaction.

Was a great app from the beginning I remember when it opened an stuck with them and it got much better now dont what it is my whole account sign has gone keeps wanting me to sign up no pin login says contact support no where to contact support glad iv not got much money here now become very sketchy.

I wouldn’t waste your time opening up an account as once they’ve got you they soon lower the rate to just above 2% when they’re offering new customers 4.5% so really, not looking after you at all . When they say to you, oh, we will give you another 1% so that’s 3.5% still crap, Tesco’s pay 4% easy access . They start off well, then that’s it. No customer service no nothing
