From the minute I spoke to them they were polite efficient and got me a good price for my liability insurance. All in all I find them very helpfull and not pushy. Thankyou.

Not everything is shown at quote stage

Was easy to get a quote & the cost is very competitive but I could not find out until after I bought what the full cover was.

In the quote process it stated Product liability cover worldwide, but nowhere did it state it excluded USA/Canada, this was buried deep in the documentation sent after purchase. This restriction should be shown during the quotation process.

I am happy with the cover I got and will keep the policy, but I thought I had found a policy that covered everything I needed, rather than just a portion.

**Coverly have contacted me to clarify my review & I have updated my wording, they are also looking at changes to the quote system which is good customer service, but the USA/Canada exclusion stands, which I understand**
