Quick, and easy
I was able to purchase my public liability insurance with coverly extremely easily, and just as quickly. To be honest, dancing in time with the beat when you have rhythm is harder than getting cover. Would happily recommend coverly to anyone needing insurance of any kind.

My first deal with you Coverly was to refund my cancelled Insurance fee. I was to get me refund within 3-8 days.
After 3 weeks, I was yet to get the refund.
The lame excuse was that there was a glitch in the system. All 3 weeks?

Unfortunately, when we processed your refund on the 11th November, it failed to correctly process on our back-end payment system and therefore it was unknown to our customer service team.
This glitch is being fully investigated by our technical team as we want to ensure that this does not happen to any of our customers in the future. Our customer service team are also now monitoring any refunds very closely. We really hope going forward Coverly are able to provide you with a better service and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Could not believe how easy it was to get the cover I needed. I tried a few compare websites but when they directed me to other providers I was inundated with phone calls from companies wanting me to take their cover. I wasn't looking for a huge amount of cover but their prices were outrageous. Coverly was quick, no referrals elsewhere and had the docs within 4 - 5 minutes. That good that all my team are going to look at them when their existing cover ends
