Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! I booked my cover online and it was super easy and incredible value. I realised a week later that I should have taken a higher level. I called the company and was assisted by Sarah in customer service. She was incredibly helpful and despite some tech glitches in getting the coverage updated immediately, she followed through regularly and was a pleasure to deal with! Would highly recommend for hassle-free, good value business insurance.

Amazing customer service and products
Amazing! service, prices, efficiency...all top class. I have been dealing with insurance companies and brokers several times before but never experienced such expertise and level of customer service. I know where to go whenever I need a business cover again. Thank you Coverly : )

Stolen MacBook reimbursed!
Signed up a few months ago - a process which took no more than 5 minutes, was very impressed.
Then I recently had my MacBook stolen, the entire value of the laptop was refunded to my account in less than a week. Glad I got cover when I did!
Incredibly streamlined process, literally cannot recommend enough.

For the few months i have been with coverly they have been so helpful with everything i have had to make mid term adjustments with no extra cost involved. Unfortunately ive had to leave coverly but i was shocked to find out i wasnt stuck down into a contract so i didnt have to pay any cancellation fees. Also getting held of them is so easy. From the first initial contact through there live chat on website down to just sending a quick email and someone gives me a call usually within the hour. Many Thanks again to the coverly team.
