Just received my Xmas ornament today that I ordered 12/5/21 and it is pure garbage. I wasted my money so don’t waste yours’. Talk about making their product look good for pictures. Like I said , garbage.

Absolutely disappointed in the ornament. Ordered it way before Christmas and received it 12/31. They didn't even cut around the legs of my fiancés daughters. Literally cut the picture in an oblong shape and put plastic around it. I could have done that myself. There is no way to contact these people as all emails to them come back with ridiculous automated response. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Completely overpriced for zero quality.

I ordered my ornaments on December 5. I was emailed an update on December 15 that they were ready to be shipped. It is January 1 and still NoTHiNG! I’ve written their company numerous times regarding this issue. I keep getting a similar automated message. It is clear they are not looking at previous messages to see previous conversations. When I started having concerns, their website stating within 30 days you can get a partial refund. I’m biting myself for not snapping a screenshot because now they have bumped it up to 35 days which shows you many people must be having an issue. Don’t order from this company. You pay a lot for poor service, and I’m very concerned that if their services is this bad that the quality won’t be great either. I wish I didn’t waste my money.

Terrible tiny ornament I could have made myself for a fraction of the cost. Obviously they don’t care about repeat customers just want to rip people off and make their money that way. I will never shop with them again.

So thankful for these ornaments. While this shipping does take a couple weeks, they are customized. I ordered 5 Christmas ornaments of my dad. He passed a couple years ago, and I wanted to give my siblings something special. These were a huge hit! They brought tears to everyone's eyes. Including myself. You can tell they were inspected and made with care. I will continue to order from you guys. Thank you so much for completing our Christmas. We will forever cherish these all because of you. I would also like to add that while I too got a little impatient on receiving my gifts, your customer service was fantastic! Thank you again!!!!

Horrible quality. I spent over 75.00 for ornaments that are a disgrace. Please don’t order from this company.

I am very mad at the service with this company. I ordered my ornaments in December 8, 2021 for Xmas gifts. Today Dec 29, 2021 I still don’t have them. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

This product is absolute garbage. I placed my order on December 2 with guaranteed that my products would be here before Christmas. I just today finally received the full order after spending $165. The 2‘ x 2‘ metal tractor sheet that indicates “the BLINNS” is made so cheap it’s impossible to use it for the reason of my purchase. The ornaments of which has my family‘s picture on them has heads cut off and stickers still attached to the object. I have contacted them multiple times and have not received an email back in regards to my concern. Except for blaming the delivery people. I find it very interesting that the return label from this company says John Doe. I in fact will be contacting my lawyer for false advertisement of my order of which I did NOT receive.

Will NEVER order from this company again! I only wish I had read the previous reviews on Trustpilot prior to placing my order. My initial order resulted in two confirmation emails for the same ornaments with different messages and prices. I contacted support and finally got that straightened out. The site said "shipped in time for Christmas", but the shipping label for my order was created on December 14th and my items weren't actually shipped until a week later - they didn't arrive until December 27th. I received an email that said I would be credited 10% of my purchase price for the delay. Then I received another email that said their shipping times are not guaranteed. I have no idea what this means, but am still hoping for the 10% refund I was promised because the ornaments themselves are disappointing at best (and they sent the wrong # of items in spite of the order clarification that I dealt with initially). They are NOT 3 1/2" - they measure 2 5/8" at the widest point (including the clear plastic outer edge) and the quality of the print is horrible - I realize they're printed in 2D (as they keep repeating in response to other reviews), but that should not impact the quality of the print to that degree (I'm a graphic designer and work with printed materials all the time). It's really a shame that this company doesn't do a better job with their product and communication because they really could fill a nitch for unique personalized items.

If I could I'd give them a negative review. What they advertised to what they shipped was crap. I've seen better two year old art work in a easy bake oven. Not only was I lied to about shipping and my order being two weeks late. It was a .50 cent peice of plastic with a picture that looked like it came from a Dora the explorer camera stuck to the plastic.

Worst thing I’ve ever purchased. They cut off part of the picture, It was not even close to being 3.5 X3.5, they left a big piece of clear plastic attached, when it was supposed to be cut around the photo. The photo I sent was high quality and very colorful but the ornament was dull and dark. Absolutely a waste of money. Do not purchase anything from here

Horrible and will never purchase from the company again. Order my ornament on Dec 3rd and it was "shipped" and in Houston Dec 18th. Still have not received it and no update on my tracking number. Will contact my bank on stop payment and get my money back.

Very disappointed in the ornament I received. Very sloppy work. Was a picture on a piece of plastic poorly traced and cut. Way overpriced for actual product.

I ordered a Christmas ornament first week of dec.. They finally "shipped it" Its been in Houston since the 20th of Dec. I will never again buy anything from these ppl.

Incredibly disappointed at the quality of the "ornament" that I ordered. This is nothing more than a VERY small picture glued to a piece of plastic and crudely cut out around the picture with enough room to put an ornament hanger on. I could have used a kids shrinky dink set to make this. I wish I had read the reviews first. It seems that I am not the only one who thinks this was a rip off.

The advertisement was very deceiving. Never received an email confirmation on the paid order. All it is, is a picture cut out placed inside a plastic frame! Very disappointed!

The bestie ornament I received was so cute. My friend was so excited when she got it.
