I ordered a custom ornament

I ordered a custom ornament, was billed for it and did not receive a confirmation of the order. I emailed customer service and they have no record of my order. I have since emailed them 3 times with no response. If they don’t respond by tomorrow I will ask for chargeback to my card. I never received an order number. My credit card was charged for the purchase. I have emailed your customer service 4 times with automated responses.

Very upset was informed at time of…

Very upset was informed at time of purchase my picture ornament would come before Christmas. Not received order

I ordered an ornament in November and still have not received it. Order shows a shipping label was created on December 14 but, nothing since then. Just a few days before Christmas and nothing. Very disappointed ☹️

I ordered a tag-shaped ornament for our son and DIL to commemorate the purchase of their first home. Getcus worked with me on color and font until it was just the way I wanted it. This is a scam. They have stolen one of my pictures and photoshopped police items onto my body. I am a police officer but they have added additional things. I didn’t authorize this company, Getcus, to use my likeness to sell anything!!!
