I place order for a jacket from these and it not shown up evri keeps saying waiting for my parcel after reading reviews on here about DOREVELLE AND THERE OTHER COMPANY LOREVELLE I decided to contact action fraud to report these as they don't return messages these need to be jailed bunch of scammers
Dorevelle and lorevelle ARE FAKE SITES I VIST THERE BUSSINESS ADFRESS TODAY they don't exist pure SCAMMERS

They have changed their name to MODERN CLOTHING/ GET MODERN LIVING, IF YOU GO ON COMPANIES HOUSE YOU CAN GET THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH THE SCAM,

Ordered a bag, it never arrived and no cont at back from my emails. Total scam.

Do not order from these scoundrels!!!!
Placed an order back in jan 2025. Never received it, no reply from company.
The bank refunded my money, and they are still contesting it!!!!
Absolute nightmare!

Ordered a dress and it arrived completely different to the image on the website. I requested a refund and 'fay' told me to wait and they will process it. They never did and it's been 3 months of chasing and being told to 'wait, they're really busy, but committed to refunding me'. They've now stopped responding. I also can't find their website anymore - I think they might have gone under. Doesn't surprise me! I managed to get my money back via PayPal.

I ordered from this shambles of a company in December and all you get is fay saying pms be patient and wait 30 days, after numberous emails I am still waiting for my refund, they have received yet another email this evening not that it's doing me any good ! Never have I ever been so disappointed in a company in my life, and all this does is get my back up. Had I read the real reviews I would never of ordered from them. Please stay away anyone who is thinking of ordering as you will never receive it nor get your money back.

I ordered an item at the beginning of February 2025 and received emails thanking me for my patience and saying the order was on the way.
It's now the end of March 2025 and I still haven't received my order, despite sending many emails I've had no response.

Totally echo everyone's sentiments: tracking info just says "waiting to be collected by carrier" which suggests the item has not even left China, despite placing my order in December. Usual fobbing off excuses from Fay (and I have worked in Customer Service so I know how this works) and now they do not even respond to my repeated requests for a refund and my querying whether they are still in business. Complete shambles.

Beware of this store, I was scammed, I have been waiting for my order for 2 months and I can't wait for either the order or a refund.

I have had the same problem with company for over two months now.
My review is the same as all the other reviews here, with empty promises from Fay, given tracking numbers and no order had been delivered as the courier is waiting for the shipment.

I was made up when I saw a pair of shoes to match a dress I’d bought for a wedding. Ordered in January… so wish I’d read the reviews. Several emails from Fay fobbing me off, and numerous notifications that my emails can’t be delivered (I’m using the email address advertised and the one Fay uses, which they’d also used to respond to an early email I sent just after I placed the order) I still haven’t received the shoes. Emails from Fay included, Thanks for your order, sorry your despatch has been delayed, good news we are despatching, good news your order has been despatch, sorry shipment has been delayed, good news your order has been shipped allow 3-6 business days. That was 17th Feb and it’s now the 8th March. On each occasion I was notified of a delay I asked for a refund. Each time I was told it wasn’t possible, but they did offer free return (mmmm that’s all well and good if you receive the order in the first place ). I sent email on 4th March yet again requesting refund as item not arrived. Undeliverable and no response. I have a full email trail of communications and will be presenting this to my card payment company in the next few days. Also considering contacting BBC Watchdog. I agree with all the negative posts, a scam (10/10 to Fay or whoever you are), don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Good luck to everyone seeking a refund. Just glad I hadn’t spent hundreds of pounds. Fay, how you can live with a conscience that you steal peoples hard earned money I fail to comprehend. I also would have scored you as zero but to get the message out to save others the disappointment of your services I had to score 1, which is 1 too many. I hope you get shut down. PS it says the review will be sent to Getdore and provides email address. Doubt they’ll receive it cos when I send to this address I get the automated notification ‘message undeliverable’ .

Ordered an item for a present, kept getting apologies for delays and product never arrived.
Company defo not in U.K. and not legit. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Original item received but was smaller than expected, I asked if I could exchange and they said I just needed to pay postage, no need to return the original item. Paid postage and then it was never dispatched, kept being told it was coming but they couldn't confirm when, that was over 2 months ago. Have requested a refund now several times and no longer replying to my emails.

After almost three months of excuses and emails from Fay, an unusual name for a Chinese scammer, still no goods or refund. I'm know going to trading standards to try and get the company taken down.

If I could leave zero for Fay I would absolutely a scam take the money and don’t deliver DO NOT ORDER from this company will take your money and you will not receive 😡😡😡

Would give no stars. Received an order which was nothing like the order. Still couldn't return or get money back. Do not buy anything!

No stars for 'Get Dore', they are untrustworthy: their polite apologetic emails use a bogus name 'Fay' are designed to keep you hoping for a delivery etc in the hope that you will forget about the order.
If you have payed with Paypal their resolution centre was quick today and my refund will be sent in 3 days. I hope the company is being investigated and pulled down from the net.
I will always check reviews from now on. Note to self!!!

I can't write a review bad enough to tell you how bad this company is. It is a total scam company. The products are nothing like they advertise they use other companies web page pictures. I bought a bag from them that turned out to be total rubbish. When you complain they say they will refund you but they don't we have had to get our bank involved to try and get a refund.
