SCAM company! I ordered a sweatshirt early December which never arrived. They send FAKE emails about tracking and shipping saying it will arrive 5-7 days. Don't trust this company or buy from here.

Awful company, excuse after excuse for late despatch, non functioning tracking link and then you can't contact them. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Is shipping from China, not UK.

Scam … ordered item on 2 Jan … nothing has arrived and emails just say delayed in post …. AVOID !!!!!!

OMG I just ordered a coat from them for 49.95. I have received 2 emails saying it could take 5-17 days?? Not convinced this will be delivered after reading these reviews???

Never received my two orders, managed to get a refund from PayPal for one of them.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Not UK based. Have received nothing. Reviews are terrible. Customer service email is a bit ail account and keeps bouncing back when I message them.

This company takes your money and makes excuse upon excuse for you not getting your order! Lies lies lies! Wish I had read TrustPilot first. Seems that it is acceptable for them to take people's money without having any intention to send what people have paid for. Ordered 21st December have contacted 3 times getting excuse after excuse and today I got an email to review my order (would help if you actually fulfilled your customers sales). I am contacting the Trading Standards!

Scam, don't order anything from here, I ordered something from December saying that you will arrive at the latest on January 8, 2025, we are on January 25th and we did not receive anything. Be careful!

Do NOT buy from this company. As other reviews here I have found this to be a scam company designed to mislead that it is in the UK and a small family business, and they ask for your patience and support; it is not. I placed an order on 4 January 2025 and have received nothing. It is not a UK company and they send from China, and provide no delivery date. The tracking information link they give you is false and has no up to date information on it. I will be reporting to ActionFraud.

Don't buy. I placed the order 23rd December, haven't received the item (24.01). Did claim the refund through paypal.

You will not receive anything from them. I paid £35 for a coat which hasn’t arrived. Really annoyed with myself for not checking reviews first. Fail to understand how these sites are allowed to continue. Basically organised crime.

DO NOT order with this company!!!! They are scamming people as the items on their site are not what you will get. The items they actually sell come from China so you wait a long time to receive it & when it arrives it is not the same item advertised on their site but a very cheap & poor version! I have had the worst experience with them & they refuse to refund me but instead offer me a voucher to spend on their site. Why would I do that when I know the items on your site are not legit?! Biggest SCAM company I have experienced!!!! You have been warned guys!

Ordered a coat end of December, like others, received messages, delay in order, in process, posted...then nothing!
I emailed company, but it didn't go through.
I'm a pensioner and couldn't afford to lose the 27.00.
About time these companies were looked into. Do not buy from them!!!

Absolutely love wearing my new sweater to work. The fabric feels super soft against my skin and keeps me warm during those cold office days. My go-to piece now!

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering!
I ordered a black jacket from Get Dore in time for Christmas (they said) and thought it was a UK site. Had I known it was coming from China I would have ordered from Shein!
When the jacket arrived a month later, it was not what the picture looked like, the material was very thin, it was tatty looking, looked like it had been worn before and wasn’t fit to wear to even walk the dog in!
I’ve requested a refund which I doubt I’ll ever see.
My recommendation is never to use this site!

Appalling. Took over a month to arrive despite promises of 12 business days. Their lie about hassle free returns..it's China at your own expense! Don't buy

Scam not based in London as indicated - China co - rubbish product

Avoid ordering from here. The item is different from the pictures. When asking for a refund they ignored my emails. When I finally got through to them they told me it's been over 30 days and I can't return. But I had been trying to reach them for weeks. Terrible customer service. Avoid by all means.

Absolutely a scam!!! My order never arrived and no refund!! Going to report this, as I’m not having it! Absolutely not excepting this and WILL fight to get my money returned!
