Did not get network at all in china for my last purchase..had to contact customer care.. I did what was advised…next day new sim given worked only for 2hrs or so…my entire 30gb I think i had purchased was a waste.

Without service most of the time
Without service most of the time, it was impossible to do calls from whatsapp and most of the time service with low connection.
I use the chat on the application, did what they propoused and it not help. To ask a new esim I needed to send an email and wait their feedback

The eSIM worked flawlessly during my trip to the Cape Verde Islands.
It would be nice however if eSIM activation was uncoupled from installation. I made the mistake of installing it more than a week before my trip and ended up having to purchase another.
