Great lights. Easy purchase experience. But one small grumble, the dispatch and receipt were a llttle slower than I had expected (not much of an inconvenience in my case).

Bought several items but one was t working. Customer services were prompt and supportive in arranging a replacement. Although there was a processing delay I have received my replacement item and am very happy with it.

Great head lamp!!

I am an avid hunter. Spend time in the mountains during big game hunting and spend a lot of time waterfowl hunting. These lights have been the best investment I have made. While walking out into the hills or the lake the big flood light is your best friend you can see everything from left to right and center with out moving your head to get the light where you want it. When you’re getting into your blind or throwing out decoys the single spotlight is awesome. Great product I own several. I can’t keep enough around because I keep giving them to all my friends that work and hunt with me.

Great product and love how easy it is to operate, shipping was a bit slow but they responded to my emails regarding the slow shipping, would definitely buy from them again.

I liked that the owner and his design assistant asked good and efficient questions to find out what I needed. They helped me narrow down the choices so the process wasn't overwhelming the way projects like this can sometimes be. The product is excellent and looks beautiful. Installers Brian has hired were on time and competent. There was one little issue, and they fixed it with one no-hassle service call. I’m happy that they answered the phone when I called from an Internet search. Working with this company was a good experience.

2 faulty headlights, extremely slow service response (2 months) however eventually replaced and the new headsets promptly when someone eventually responded and now are performing as hoped. Updating rating from 1 to 3 - when they work, they are fab products and would have been a 5/5 if they worked on first attempt or even resolved the issue promptly BUT timely customer service is critical folks!

Took a while to arrive but look great

While I like the headlights that we purchased, I also ordered a few "add-ons" when I was checking out. Unfortunately, the small flashlight, which I wanted to carry in my pocket for nighttime walks, worked for a day and stopped. It won't charge, or turn on. I emailed customer service, who gave me the runaround, wanting a video to demonstrate why it didn't work. I tried to upload a video of it not turning on (really seems a bit ridiculous), but their site wouldn't let me attach the video. So, word to wise, the CS isn't the best, and some items are defective.

Great head light. I use mine when I’m walking the dog and doing DIY where I need to be hands free. The choice of beam is excellent providing a spread of light or narrow beam for more focused activity. I’ve been using this brand for several years.

I purchased these for my grandsons; one is a welder and he tells me it, "works great for the work I'm doing now"!
The other grandson says, "it's awesome"!
