I am very impressed with service from LumiLight. Quick response time. Ensures prompt delivery! With exception to courier; I would rate fair/good. I used their tracking number; package was still being processed?! It was in their possession!! Showed would be notified when package ready for shipment. For 3 days I waited. Poor communication via their website. Yet package arrived on date it was expected. Courier still had it “in transit”. Gift was greatly appreciated and is used daily!

The company, Lumilights was great, the shipping company, GoFo was horrible. I was told numerous times my order was on its way, I had to call them 3 times! Then I got an email telling me that the tracking number wasn't theirs, then another email said they couldnt locate my house, even after I spoke to a rep ,he google my address and was able to describe what my house looked like and how many houses it was from the corner.
Then I got another email telling me that I should contact Lumilights because GoFo didn't have my order.
After contacting Lumilights, I got a nice email from Brian who apologized and guaranteed that they would reship my order, and I should have it within a week. Sure enough it was delivered as promised.
My family love the lights, I would definitely reorder from Lumilights but never would I recommend GoFo as a delivery service.
The lights are wonderful, so bright, comfortable to wear and the carrying case is perfect to wear on your belt for easy access.
So, Lumilights gets 5 🌟 stars, and GOFO zero.

The delivery company lost my order which was incredibly frustrating. The professional team at LumiLight replaced the lost order quickly. The torches are lightweight, the battery lasts long enough to complete a cow caesarean as well as being very useful for TB testing as a farm vet. Would definitely recommend

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I’ve got the beanies with lights in them. The white light headband and the white and red light headband lights and love them all. They are sooooo bright.

One of the best and least complicated lights I have ever bought, super thing .

I ordered 10 LumiLight headbands to be given to family and friends for Christmas. All arrived in a timely manner and were great....except for one which would not charge. I contacted LumiLight and explained the problem and they replaced the defective unit quickly. All of the people that we have given headbands to love them. It was a pleasure to work with your company and so happy that I found such a helpful gift to give!

LOVE these lights. I bought one for my husband, son and brother-in-law. They all love that you can see such a broader view that the traditional head lamps. Light weight. Bright. And the ability to turn it on and off hands-free is great. The storage case is a nice touch but imagine they will be used regularly enough that it may not get used much. Highly recommend!

The light works really well as I first purchased the light for my kids as they do cross country running. They were really happy. The second order I placed was for work as I am a maintenance engineer. I use the light while working in the machines. excellent brightness easy to operate and comfortable to wear.

Easy to use. Really lights up the dark when wearing. I see people out at night wearing them in the neighborhood.

Lasts a long time and very comfortable, forget I’m wearing it sometimes

Contacted lumi light several times regardibf a faulty light, commented on social media pages asking to contact me but the comments are deleted and emails not responded to. This light worked for 2 dog walks then cut out and wouldn’t then charge. Don’t waste your money, the only use for this is in the bin now.
*update* I got a couple of responses AFTER posting this review (admitting they’d seen the review so seems this is the only reason they reached out) and chasing and now after another 3 weeks being ignored again! I’m now nearly £30 out of pocket with unusable items

I have bought head torches and key ring lights from Lumilight and have been pleased with the performance of everything I have bought. Easy and quick to re-charge saving the need to buy batteries. Very satisfied.

Have ordered & received my Lumi Lights three times now. Christmas gift for hubby was the first one. Neighbour liked it so much I ordered one as a gift for helping us this winter. Hubby & I and our neighbour all loved Lumi Light so much i ordered more for gifts for my grown children.
