very quick response. Our local emergency room was closed but I did not feel well enough to go sit for what could be hours. I was able to to this from my home.

You were so kind, and patient with me. You listened to my concerns. You did not rush me. I have had no doctor for over 6 years, so I greatly appreciate you tonight. I have had NB Health Link, but they were no help since last October as there is no Doctor working in the clinic now in Dalhousie they tell me. They said I'd have to drive to Moncton to see someone but I am not able to. So, I am so grateful for everything visits help, and service this week.

Stephens was very professional and asked questions. Seemed very interested in ensuring that patient was satisfied and on the right track.
Only issue is that video instead of texting would be much more presentable and achieve better results.

Review of our Maple experience. …
We have had plenty of problems accessing our health
care and it's not getting any better . It is often impossible to see your own physician in an urgent
situation . They tell you to go to the after hours clinics
only to find out that they can't see you neither . They
tell you to go to the emerge then you wait on average
12 to 18 hours sitting in a chair suffering along with all
the others suffering . This truly sad for a country as
developed as ours. It's a shame . We are so very happy
that you guys came along . There should be more of
you . Great and speedy service from the doctor !
Will recommend you to our friends and will use your
service again . Thank you !!

Maple technology is sad
Maple technology is sad. It allows them to hide behind their computers. I have been trying for a whole day to get thought to them but with no luck. Stay away!
