Total scam. Run out of licenses! What a joke. Don’t waste your money.

This is my worst experience on the net ever!!!!!!!
24 hours have now passed since i fully paid my product Microsoft World 2024. The keykode (25 signs) was invalid and gave me no product, just the message ¨TokenStateScrapped¨. I get no help from you, not on mail, not on phone, not on chat. Please send me a valid code or give me mymmoney back. My order nr is #11001117101UK

I messed up when I installed software from GetmsOffice. It was entirely my fault, but when I asked GetmsOffice for guidance, a swift reply email included the step by step 4 page procedure I needed to follow to sort it out. The support has been complete and exceptional. And I will heartily recommend GetmsOffice to friends and colleagues.

I was concerned as I had made a purchase and then discovered it was for just a USB stick
No software, that was an extra, total confusion. As the advert did not mention anything about software, it just showed the picture of a USB and I assumed it was a preloaded item.
I eventually on your chat explained to EMRE what had happened, and she diligently
worked out what had happened and then helped me to understand the error.
I was offered a free 30 trial of Truly Office and downloaded the prog
It is not what I want - after trying it.
I will contact Emre to purchase the prog I want and hopefully, it too will be a download as that for me was simple.

Just read a bad review about a user being supplied with a key for Professional Plus instead of the requested Publisher. The same thing happened to me in 2019 and the purchased key is still working fine 5 years later!!!

Bought Microsoft Office 2016 through Getmsoffice UK. That was the easy bit... Due to Microsoft's unbelievably bad customer service, it took three days to finally get it working on my machine. Thanks to Anna and the support team at Getmsoffice UK who where able to use their techy tricks to get around the issues and get me up and running.

A typical SCAM site. I ordered MS Publisher 2021 but they sent me MS Office Pro Plus 2021 and claimed that they ran out of Publisher licenses so they upgraded me free of charge. I know by 1st hand experience that this is a scam because it has happened to me two other times on other web sites. Once you install the license, it will work for a short while then stop working. If you contact Microsoft they will tell you that the licenses are pirated/illegal. I have requested a refund and notified my credit card company of the fraud. DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP!
