Terrible software, terrible support.
I paid for a full year standard plan at 228EUR/yr subscription. Upon subscribing I attempt to sync my bank accounts. It only syncs 10 credit card transactions. I contact support, they don't respond. I manually sync, it skips transactions randomly. I contact support, no response. Terrible software, terrible support.

So far, so good!
So far, so good! I have been implementing GetMyInvoices for approximately one month and it is going well. There are a lot of features that I look forward to rolling out for our company. The biggest challenge I have found is the time difference between me (USA-EST) and the software company (Germany). I would like webinars/training more accessible.

Negative; the system works extremely slow and mostly its above the frustration level. Sadly. Also some integrations such as Google Ads does not work since the system required a token that has a short validity from Google, but the GMI is too slow to give you the options to type it in before it expires. Tried 9 times now and will give up. The service seems extremely slow as well and non of our tickets were answered within the time slot needed. They praise themselves of having good service, but interestingly everyone we've spoken too, have experiences exactly the opposite.
Positive; the idea is great and when it works it does its job. Its however important to either do the job fully, with all channels presented or not at all and thats where it falls short. For a company you need a solution that either offers only a part, and does it well, or a solution that does it all, but then also have to deliver.
