I ordered the wrong size. I sent them an email they got right back to me. One happy return later and the next day...Yes the next day the other size that I needed was there at my door step. Also their tights are exactly as advertised. They fit like a glove and no runs..

I love the way these glossy tights feel on me and the way they feel to my fingertips when I touch them, and the way they fit and the way they move when I walk. I need to order more of them immediately.

Customer service was stellar. I received an email my package was delivered, left on my front porch, I was home all day and did not find my package. I contacted customer support to advise them and they resolved the matter within 2 days by sending me another package

A scam of a product, the product may be nice but if you do have a problem with it, like me I got the wrong size or just didn’t expect it to feel a certain way so I tried to do a return.
Through the portal it wouldn’t let me so it said to contact customer service, and they just keep on dragging it and telling me I need to initiate through the portal and no matter how many times I showed them it doesn’t let me do it they just ignore it and repeat,
It’s 70 dollar leggings. I want my money back and they refuse to help me and send me a return label. They don’t have a phone number or ANYTHING contact through other than email
Update: right after this review I got my return label!
But their response was ignoring my problem with the product. I didn’t say I loved it, I said the customer service is bad. Which further proves my point, and I didn’t review it anonymously. I did say what my order number is before I posted this review, so it wasn’t anonymously, I sent the package for a return, now I’m waiting for a refund
But I will update once I get my refund about the customer service if I could attach the emails I’ve sent and received I would
But since the company decided to actually FLAG my previous review, I really doubt that they are a good company since apparently you cannot say anything bad about them! You will get flagged. My experience WAS real and genuine.

My experience was great because I received quick, helpful, enthusiastic feedback and my issue was also beneficially, quickly resolved.

I ordered four pairs of tights and loved them overall—great quality and very versatile. One pair did have a tear the first time I tried them on, but even though I was past the 30-day window, Noosh replaced them for free, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a product I’ll continue to wear.

Bought them for the first time last fall and jumped at the 15 percent discount, needed help stacking the discount with the buy 3 get 1 offer but customer service response on the chat line was immediate and helpful! Excellent product and I get compliments all the time. Stockings are not always necessary for work but when they are I am not mad about wearing Noosh!

I had an issue with my order not being delivered. I got an alert that it was delivered but it was not. This was my first order and I expected some pushback- after all, they sent the product but it must have been lost. That was not the case, they responded immediately and after a quick investigation on their part they replaced the order. I was more than impressed. I will definitely be a repeat customer

This is truly an amazing line of products! Does exactly what it claims! Optimal comfort, doesn’t slide, doesn’t roll and doesn’t snag!!! Beautiful, true to size! I am extremely impressed and I usually don’t write reviews for random purchases, but their hosiery IS truly next level!!!

I would say these are true to size for the tights. The fleece lined food ride down in me but that maybe because I'm petite. I'm 4'11.5" and I weigh 112 lbs. The panty hose tights are beautiful. The fit was nice even though I'm vertically challenged. I wore both on a vacation to Europe. The fleece lined tights I wore in england and they did an amazing job at keeping me warm.
The panty hose tights version looked amazing with my outfit. They even withstood a a would have been snag from a chair at a café in Manaco. To my surprise they did not snag or tear when a chair caught on the tights. I thought I was going to have to walk around with a tear or snag, but No, I did not, Thanks to Noosh! I'm definitely buying more and gifting my pantyhose packages I have yet to open. I'm sending the old version to Goodwill. Noose is Godsent to women! 🙏💝

I cannot tell you how amazing this product is! Tights are hard - they either pinch, pull, squeeze, or fall off. These are masterfully made to stay on and stay put. SO amazing! I'm a personal stylist, and these are now the tights I will send to all my clients. Plus, they have phenomenal customer service.

A representative had informed me of their planning to re-stock their opaque white size 2x/3x but it has not been re-stocked for a very long time. If they had truly planned on not re-stocking it and honestly informed me of that intention, I would have accepted that.

However, assuring me of their intention to re-stock it and giving me the hope and expectation that they would do so - with nothing having changed in a long time - I have a problem with that. There is no need to offer false assurances to customers. Just be transparent and I'll accept it and move on

The shimmer tights are super flimsy and immediately rip and run the first time you try to wear them. I bought all the shimmer colors and had the company replace the berry ones right away. I made the mistake of putting the blue ones away to wear for change of season, so when they, too, immediately tore, Noosh refused to replace them because too much time had passed since my purchase — even though I explained it was my first time wearing them. Total waste of money, and I won’t be buying any more of these crappy tights!!!

I ordered multiple pairs of tights from this company with high hopes. They were more expensive than the place I typically shop, but had some unique styles. Three of the five pairs I ordered got runs in them from the first time I put them on, two in the same exact spot where the top of the thighs meets the solid area. These were nude and black sheers. Sizing was accurate and not a contributing issue. Theres room for improvement.
