I had a large hole in the back of a pair of Noosh. I contacted Customer Service, and they were very helpful. They sent me a new pair. I love the Noosh stockings and pantyhose!

Cleary the best panties and stocking, panty hose ive ever worn. Before you think eh too expensive. I too thought the same thing until I caved and finally tried. Man im so glad I did. The most comfortable, soft, highest quality ive ever worn. Worth ever single penny. Don't walk run and get these. I promise you wont be sorry. Im so rough on mine. These past the test. Id always snag then at work. Not anymore.

I thought these tights were really great...at first. Then about 3 or 4 uses in (that's THREE or FOUR times, not WEEKS, not MONTHS, just 3 or 4 TIMES) they started to bag around the ankles. Horribly. They completely stretched out and again I have barely used them. It's been over a month and so they gave me a "gift card" for an amount that is LESS than the cost of a new pair of tights. What kind of bullshit business is this? If they do not refund me, b/c this is a malfunctioning item(S), Im going to call my credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges.

As an update to the response, a 30 day warranty on a 35 dollar pair of hose is ridiculous. They should last for at least a year. And you gave me a $35 gift card?? That won't even cover the purchase price (forget shipping!) for 1 pair of your hose

Absolutely amazing company! I usually buy their tights and they are amazing! Literal butter soft! This time I got their warm toast tights and they were a little tight. They probably would "fit" per the measurements, I just wanted them a little looser since I hate really tight clothes. So it's more my fault. They are already sending the replacement! They set up the return within 10 minutes and I dropped it off at ultra and that was it. Super easy! I can't wait to wear them this winter!
Edit: I got the replacements last week. They shipped them as soon as I sent mine back. They are perfect! A little long since I'm short lol so that's a me problem when I wanted them not as tight. So they fit perfectly on my waist. I also don't have to worry about any holes since they're a little loose on my feet which is great for me! I throw on a pair of socks over them and they stay perfect! Love these! I already wore them all. Thank you!

I ordered three pairs of tights during their holiday sale but only two arrived in the mail. I reached out to Noosh Support and immediately got a response and full a resolution within 24 hours. They were amazing to work with. Good customer support creates repeat customers. I will definitely buy from them again.

I bought two new pair of tights that immediately ripped putting them on. I wore one pair all winter last year that just recently ripped on the toe so I needed a new pair for this year. Unfortunately the quality does not seem the same this year. I purchased a pair that ripped as I put them on. I ordered a replacement hoping it was a fluke, unfortunately those ripped again too after wearing for roughly 30 minutes

The gloss tights were sized too small. Not happy with the weak quality. Threw them away. DISAPPOINTED

I must have gotten a defective pair that a hole was created and the company stood up to the plate and gave me a full refund and offered to give me another pair of the play sheer tights.
They are very stand up organization standing by their product

My experience with Noosh has been great! I love their sheer, semi-sheer, and opaque tights. Since I started using their products I have not had one single run in any of their products. They fit perfectly and are sized according to my height and weight perfectly.
