Good quality used phone - frustrating delivery
phone is good thus far, but delivery was extremely frustrating. UPS continued to fail to deliver package for over week. Although customer service team was pretty good and was communicating with UPS and escalated the issue.

Great phone options at a perfect price. Don't think, just do it.
I am a return customer. Last year, I upgraded my mom from her iPhone XR to a Like New iPhone 14 Pro. Just last week, I picked up a Like New Galaxy S23 Ultra. We both couldn't be happier. We love our phones. The website is incredibly easy to navigate. Plenty of great options to choose from. That was my issue, too many choices, but it was good issue to have. The Affirm options, thank God and Orchard for that. It's nice to have. I will be back, and I am recommending to all my family and friends.

Bought an s24 ultra in like new condition. Phone was exactly as advertised, there where no scratches or permanent blemishes. However the phone was a little dirty. There was some grime around the ports and hair stuck to the camera bumps that would've been nice to have been cleaned before I received it.

I was able to choose from several options. I did not have to settle for the newest model and I was able to slightly reduce my impact on the environment. The company is Canadian owned. The quality of the product is proving to be excellent. I reserve judgment on a 5 star rating as I have only used the device for less than a week.
