I have ordered several phones through Orchard now and I have never had one complaint. They are in fantastic condition with no issues ever experienced. This will be where I buy all of my phones from now one, especially with a couple of teenagers!

Orchard is a small Canadian company with good online reviews, and very good prices for new-ish phones, so I nervously went with them and purchased a like-new unlocked iPhone 14. It was a long wait as they sent it via Canada Post (Orchard says, The hardest part is the waiting.) and when it arrived, I realized that the wrong charging cord had been included. Ack. I was ready to send the whole thing back but customer support was fantastic: fast, apologetic, and eager to make things right, and they offered to send a new one. I agreed and waited, again, for it to arrive.

Everything works, the phone is in perfect condition with zero issues and I am very pleased. I recommend Orchard to anyone and everyone.

Went to the store to buy an iPhone 13 Mini. I was shown three phones, one at each level. I bought the “good” level phone which happened to have great battery health. Very happy with the service, the phone and the price.
