I ordered a foundation which was delayed. When it arrived I applied it and it was so thick and didn't do anything what it said in the write up. In fact it enhanced my wrinkles further. I emailed them and they told me that they only accept returns on unopened/unused items. You need to try the product to see if it works. I explained this and they said if I wanted to return this then it would cost $25. Why when there is an address in London. How can a company like this still trade, it is robbing people which is unacceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE

I believe this may be a scam site. I do not recommend ordering from them.
My order was placed over a month ago and still have not received.
It is NOT shipped from UK; it is shipped -slowly, if at all, from China.

Absolutely no different than a cheap foundation, just a hell of a lot more money. Pls do not purchase at this price for a small bottle and delivery charge. MAD. Do not buy this. PLEASE

Deserves no stars at all, took my money, did not deliver, ordered in mid October, its now the end of December, nothing. Ignored my emails asking for a refund, disgusting chinese scammers!

Customer service is horrible. Will not purchase again.

Took me 4 weeks to get my order. As soon I placed the order, I got an email saying shipping was delayed due to high demand of orders. I was giving a tracking number I couldn't track for 3 of the 4 waiting weeks. The makeup sucks. It's very THICK. and hard to remove completely. I ordered this instragram ad.

This company stole my money and threatened me and refused to give me my item or money back do not use them they are a scam company with no integrity. Please save yourself the money and harassment.

Immediately tried to cancel after ordering and paying, refused a refund with usual scam response. AVOID, SCAM!

If only I could give zero stars! I can’t review the products as they never arrived ! After 8 weeks I was told (after lots of attempts of communication frm me!) that there was no couriers in my area to deliver my product 🤷‍♀️ and that I will get a full refund-AFTER 8 WEEKS!!!! they refunded me HALF!! I have given up as their customer service is less than dreadful!!

If there was a zero star option, I would’ve selected this… after paying £30 for a foundation 2 months ago, I emailed them. They have now said that through tracking, my parcel was delivered through my letterbox? Liars. I have received nothing. Do not buy from this company.

I got this foundation for a friend. Unfortunately it was a very long delay on coming. I wanted to return the product unopened and they said it would cost me $25 on shipping, although they have a factory in the UK, as said on the back of the product. This foundation is sold on Amazon a quarter of the price!

This company sucks. Buyer beware. If you try the product and the color is wrong, or it makes your skin look like orange peel they won't refund your money because the product has been opened. What a total ripoff!

I purchased lipstick and it is horrible. I put it on and after carrying on a conversation for 5 minutes, it’s already worn off. I would not recommend it at all.

I never received the foundation and I was charged full price. They offered to send another for only 1/2 the price. I declined. I would not trust this company.

This is the worst foundation I have ever used. It was so thick it took me ages to get it off my brush! Their other clients must be funeral directors to use on the deceased because that's what I looked like after putting it on. They don't accept returns if product is opened ???? How else can you see if it suits you. Crazy!!! Don't waste your money, disgusting product

Do not order from this company they say it arrived but it has not and insisting tracking says it delivered. Don’t waste your time . I sent two emails and they insisting they delivered.

Do not order; horrible product; does not do anything close to the claim; no refunds allowed b/c they do not stand by their product; google the reviews; wish I had

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. Horrible product that rolled up on my skin and was awful to get off. I emailed the company and their response was no return for an open product. Don’t spend your money, wish I hadn’t fallen for all the fake good reviews.

I ordered, got a confirmation that it would be delayed 2-4 weeks (Covid excuse). So I said forget it, I don't want it. Miraculously shipped already they said. They insisted I try it and would love it. IF YOU OPEN IT YOU CAN'T RETURN IT! They will send you instructions for a return ONLY after you take a picture of the package. (Assuming they want proof that you really have it-then they will argue that point.) I am going to dispute this on on my credit card.

Still waiting for my order which I placed weeks ago. Three emails later still nothing...I did however receive a link to track my order, sadly I do not speak Mandarin therefore cannot understand any of it. WHY oh why do I still continue to order from these websites? A moment of madness madness perhaps? Idiot more like!!
