I placed an order. I immediately received an email saying the orders are delayed 2-3 weeks. I emailed and said please cancel my order. They wrote back and said they would not cancel because they know I will love the product. I replied, please cancel. The next day I got an email saying they would not cancel because it already shipped. Clearly a scam.

I ordered the product on 6. of September and recieved it 12. of December. I live in Denmark. I have made several orders on clothes from China that arrives within 2-3 weeks, so this has nothing to do with Covid-19. More than 3 month waiting time is too long regardless of how amazing the product is, which I havent tried yet. They withdraw the money imidiatly. So I can definitely not reccomend. Only reason why I give it two stars is because I actually got the product, as I had already given up on after one month waiting time.

As an esthetician I decided to try Phoera after repetitive fb post and with the warm fuzzy feeling of “Guaranteed money back, simple as that”.

I received the foundation and found it to be nothing short of Halloween costume makeup with not enough hours in the day to blend the product in properly.

Next step, ok I tried now I return simple as that right? Hmm, not so simple I was responded with how many thousands of people love their product and that “we only accept unopened products for return”. Um ok how could I know I dislike the product without opening.

I questioned the company again and their posted policy only to be told even if we allow the return you will be responsible for $25 international shipping.

Now I’m disgusted. Not only was this a dollar store costume party foundation, but now they go against all their posted policy and ask me to pay more to return than what I paid for the product.

Several reasons I cannot suggest this product but above all company integrity is disgusting.

Horrible! I have never waited so long for something that I have ordered! I will never order from them again.

This item takes a long time to come since it’s shipping from The Netherlands and COVID-19 is delaying everything, BUT, it is amazing stuff. Covers well, but mostly it looks smooth and feels good. I am buying again well ahead of time.

Worst experience ever, I ordered mine products and paid for them on the 22nd May, this is really disgusting, using COVID as an excuse to take peoples money and not give them the product that has been paid for. They always pass the buck where as the paying customer #Getphoera# should be following this up with the company they sent the goods through and have this pushed along quicker.

I have not received my product and its been 3 months. I can not even track it anymore. I cant get anyone to answer me either. Do not buy from them!!

Wanted to cancel the order, as I noticed (too late) that the ingredient list is packed with bad ingredients (talc, parabens, etc.). Emailed customer service, and let them know that I have not opened or used the product so please process a return & refund of the product. First responded to me asking why I wanted to return (because I want to!), then told me that they don't accept return of opened or used products. I told them AGAIN that I have not opened or used the product, so PLEASE process the return. They finally responded with "we only accept return of sealed parcel as received. Can I please have a photo of the sealed parcel? Also, please note that return (is) covered by customer (International shipping cost(s) around $25)." WHAT?! I have never met such resistance from a company to return a product and get a refund. They're so misleading and TERRIBLE! If you plan to buy the product thinking that if it doesn't work out, you can return it, DON'T!! They'll hold onto your money like none other. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered two foundations two months ago and I still do not have my order. Unless I reach out to them they do not update you. A month ago I reached out and I was told that the product was in New York… Yesterday I reached out and looked at the tracking and it’s in China. I do not trust this company and it is impossible to reach them by phone as they do not provide a telephone number. I have requested a full refund… I will update my post after I hear back from them. Very dissatisfied for their lack of communication and if there is significant waiting periods like 2-6 months out they should post that on their website.

Requested to cancel my order straight after making it and they emailed me back trying to convince me that the product is worth buying and shipped the order anyway. Now they are refusing to accept the return. Avoid like the plague.

This took forever to arrive but the product is awesome and gives amazing coverage, better than most, it's incredible actually and you don't have to use much at all.
When ordering more of this I went on eBay (and i'm sure there's other websites for you to order from) as the product is great but I couldn't handle delivery times of the original company or having to chase etc, that's just too much hassle.

Very very poor service. It’s been over a month and my item hasn’t arrived. The company refuses to acknowledge my request for refund. They keep using covid as their way out of doing any customer service to their buyers. I was basically robbed as my item isn’t tracking. Please don’t get caught up in their scam!

Ordered this months ago and when I've emailed them they have said they are re shipping to be honest I have been ripped off DO NOT purchase from them.

I would of rated 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me write a review unless I hit at least one star. I would never recommend this company I ordered this stuff 2 months ago never received it. They stole my money and never sent the product. This is crap

Never receive the product and no refund! I’m so mad. This site is such a scam. You can actually find the product on amazon and Walmart site for a cheaper price

I ordered from site 3 months later same responses that product.coming they sorry ECT now tracking expired no product won't give refund this site is a SCAM

Ordered in the beginning of February, still haven’t received my order and they are just responding that my package is on the way. Hard to believe!! Never waited this long for a delivery!!

The store won't pay you back if the product is lost during shipping.

Don’t buy from them. Still waiting for my makeup to come after 30 days. They say the product has shipped that I have to keep waiting. The product comes from China. After my waiting of 30 days, it gets to my town and before it gets delivered to me, it is sent back to China.
No refund.
