Tricked into renewal
To begin, I did not find the app helpful at all. I paid the initial $19.99 —no big deal. I went to my apple account subscriptions to make sure I wasn’t on a subscription. Nothing showed up under my subscriptions so I figured I was all good. A month later and I am now charged $45.99! As soon as I was billed yesterday, I emailed support for a refund as I DO NOT USE THE APP OR FIND IT HELPFUL! Support was no help; they just tell me it’s too bad, in their terms and conditions it states no refunds. I find this company lacks integrity. I literally reached out minutes after being billed and there’s nothing anyone can do to reverse the charge? I’ve never downloaded an app from the app store that did not show my active subscription in my apple account. I feel like they did it this way to trick people into paying. As far as I was concerned, I thought it was a single payment of $19.99. I shouldn’t have to read through pages of fine print to find this out. An honest company should post this information plainly when purchasing. Customer service keeps trying to keep my payment and offer me the app free for life. I don’t want it free for life, I want my $45.99 back! That was a charge I cannot afford.

Renews without warning, no hope of refund.
The app was fine at first but over time just because way too wordy to bother with. Just lots of reading over and over. Eventually I just lost interest and stopped using it after a couple weeks.
Unfortunately worst of all, there was no warning whatsoever about the renewal before it went through. Then literally on the same day the charge went through I contacted their support and they refused to refund it.

My experience with this program
I like how the benefits of the exercises were explained. The AI interaction and the kegel exercises were very effective. The only reason I canceled my subscription is because the cost is a little higher than I expected. I wish there was a program that is a bit cheaper available.

Feedback regarding using Relatio over months
I think that the app is easy to use and I like that I can work with physical and mental side hand-in-hand. Therefore it makes it easy to become everyday routine. What I don’t like is that when I would like to to the everyday excersises continuously, then the app is not ready to support me with, as the program has certain length and when it ends, then the excersises will be exactly the same for every day. I think that the app should support endless excersising

Scam - false medical claims and plan that would worsen pelvic floor health condition
I signed up after seeing a Relatio ad on Instagram about pelvic floor hypertonia and how Kegels actually make the condition worse (which is true).
The ad goes into detail about how the condition should be treated with daily exercises in phases. I completed the onboarding questionnaire which claims to generate a personalized plan that is approved by a Dr. (clearly not true).
When I downloaded the app the plan assigned to me was for a weak pelvic floor. I assumed this was a bug and reached out to support who informed me that they only have that one plan for weak pelvic floors (so it's not tailored and the ad is misleading). Following that plan would worsen the medical condition they're claiming their app can address in the ad.
