Great app
Great app. Definitely helped in ways that the app details (it’s private). Good value for money and comparable very fair price. Has some good gym training, meditation and information but really the Kegel exercises is where it stands above the rest in its field. Have tried others.

Sneaky auto renewal “one month trial” to look out for. On the day I was recharged I asked to cancel and get a refund. Advised “it isn’t in our policy”.
The product itself is just automated. No real tailoring to your situation.

Dishonest company
Well let me be as honest as i can be. When I first ordered this product, I was charged $21. Then all of a sudden this company tried to charge me the next month for $47.99. Which i never knew at all that i would be charged almost $50 for a product that i thought was only $21. This was very this honest and im so glad that after the first payment to this company I blocked them from collecting another payment because I had a funny feeling they was gonna keep charging my card. Yall are very dishonest and I will never use yall again.

Good but could be better
I really liked the content, questions and approach but was extremely disappointed that unbeknownst to me it automatically renewed. Once I contacted your company you did immediately credit the additional charge. I was also disappointed that I could not continue to view the daily sessions and share with my spouse. Excellent program but extremely restrictive, in my opinion.
