I'm very happy with Getscreen.me!
This software is very helpful, and a good price compared to other remote desktop management services. It would be nice if the software could recognize when its on the same intranet as other permanent access devices and transfer files of any size and not need to upload to the server then bring it back down. Instead just transfer the files directly to the remote device over the intranet. But I'm very happy with Getscreen.me!

I use this software for remote accessing all my clients in a non-assisted way. They ask for my support, and in a quick session, I get things solved. I've paid for the starter pack and I'm very satisfied.

Best Subscription Modell and Feature Rich
After being forced by TeamViewer and AnyDesk to pay for a service that I occasionally use to help family members with their devices I have had enough.
Luckily Getscreen.me saved the day with their Lifetime deal. Their program is amazing and just as feature-rich as its competitors.
You can even try it out and get your money back if you do not like it. But I doubt you will find anything that does not work as expected.

Great features and simplicity at a fraction of the cost.
This remote desktop app is the bomb! I was able to install and connect to another system in about 5 minutes. Getscreen.me is so much easier to use than some of the other remote desktop products.
App can load onto Windows, Mac, Linux and even mobile through Google Play.
The Chrome extension is very convenient and integrates with Zendesk as well as other help/support apps.
Branding is available and hopefully there will be more with the addition of CNAME; will be nice too, but not a deal breaker.
I ran a continuous session for over 2 hours without a drop and did a reboot and picked-up a new session with the same PC. It has everything I need to do remote work and transfer files.
This has replaced TeamViewer for my company's remote desktop support solution.

Getscreen is working great

Getscreen.me is a great alternative to Teamviewer
I tried Getscreen.me as an alternative to TeamViewer. The app is very similar. The main difference was the ease of setting up the app on the PC and on the MAC.
It was very quick and I did not have to mess around setting up the remote access.
In the short time that I have used Getscreen.me, I would rank this remote desktop very high.
I was thinking of installing Dameware, but the cost was sky high and I just could not justify the expense for a casual user.

Best remote desktop access
I use Getscreen.me daily to help our customers with their computer issues remotely and there is no better remote desktop app for it. Very easy to use with clean interface that does not cause any questions at all. I have used different softwares before for remote access, and can say with no hesitation, this is the best there is! I highly recommend to purchase this software, you will not look back for a second.
