Never met with a doctor, just the PA and she was not easy to get ahold of. The website charges more than alternative websites doing the same thing. Also, I emailed requesting to cancel my account and they cancelled my appointments immediately rather than letting me finish out my month that I paid for. The cancelled my dietician appointments and I was never able to meet with the dietician despite paying for it. I emailed asking why I couldn't finish out my month and requesting in writing confirmation that my account was cancelled and they never replied. Just awful. I only got any response when I wrote this review. I did get a refund on the account fee, but then was specifically asked to change my review multiple times. I still had a poor experience, so I won’t be changing my review. I would appreciate if the company stopped reaching out to me.

Dr. Zaghi was great to work with and always available for questions. Shapley was exceptionally helpful with scheduling, inquiries, billing, and more. I sincerely appreciate their assistance.

Dr Zaghi and his office staff are very professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome, helped with getting pa approval and started on a plan to get me healthy and happy again I'm very grateful I highly recommend Shapely and Dr Zaghi

I was very impressed with the time Dr Zaghi spent with me regarding medical history and my current medication‘s. And he really listened to me regarding past diet experiences. I really felt he understood me and was listening.

Dr Justin is hands down the absolute best there is in ANY Doctor I have seen in person or online in my entire 53 years. He is attentive and very caring. He always has a smile on his face and listens to my concerns. I was shocked to see there is a way to actually chat with him when I had any issues.

He sent me for blood work and tested for things that no other Doctor tested for. He detected thru the blood work that my thyroid was not functioning at peak levels which is a contributing factor for my weight gain. Why didn't any other Doctor think to run this simple blood test?

His staff got my prior authorization into my insurance company literally the same day. My insurance denied my Zepbound and then that same day they sent in Wegovy and got it approved. This is unheard of in the health care field for a Dr's office to get a Prior auth submitted same day and they did it twice!!

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance for weight loss meds.

I have been a patient now for almost 2 months and am still getting the absolute best care than I ever had in life. I am trying to convince him to open a practice in Clearwater Florida and become my Primary Care Physician. I can not say more good things about Dr Justin and his staff.

Dr. Zaghi and shapely are the best! He listens, he’s understanding, and extremely responsive. I have a complex medical history and he made sure to understand all of my past hurdles before coming up with a personalized plan and program for me. Highly recommended!

From my initial encounter with the website and Instagram to the zoom meetings, everything has been wonderful. I first was pleased with the quick response on Instagram to a question I had when I saw a reel. This promoted me to go to the website which I found easy to navigate. I signed up for the program and booked my initial call right away! Dr. Zaghi was very patient, thorough and kind throughout the entire appointment. I enjoyed his ability to listen and navigate what would be best for me as an individual. Megan the dietitian is a wonderful complement to Dr. Zaghi and full of great knowledge and information. She’s ready and willing to help with my health and dietary goals. I am very pleased with my choice and journey so far and feel very supported. Looking forward to the months to come with this 5 star team.

I’ve just started working with the staff and Dr. Zighi regarding the program Shapely. They take my medical insurance. If I have any questions I just send a chat and here back from them in a timely manner

I am so impressed with Shapely and forever grateful!! After trying multiple different routes to lose weight including meal programs and other weight loss clinics, for the first time I feel heard and know I’m getting the personalized treatment I’ve been looking for all these years. Dr. Zaghi is incredible, super empathetic, makes me feel empowered and listens to all of my concerns and fears. The Dietitian is also very nice and not judgmental at all and has made me realistic goals that are actually working! OMG Dr. Z was great and so was Megan the dietitian. They give you a scale that goes straight to the app very easy to use. I went on the medication and without any effort started losing pounds…. It’s a miracle. I have always suffered to lose each pound. This is effortless. You have to try it and you will be amazed at how easy it is to lose weight. Shapely came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I reached out to them. I am using their services for my teen who is overweight. With high cholesterol and potential type 2 diabetes, it was crucial for him to lose weight. I was so impressed at the genuine care and attention given to us by Dr Zagui. My son was immediately comfortable with him. He has the most wonderful bed-side manners and explained everything with so much kindness and compassion.
