So disappointed in the proof
So disappointed in the proof. After ordering these for my previous 3 grandchildren, this one missed big time. The image does not resemble the subject. Hair color wrong, eyebrows to dark and think, nose too long…the image looks like an adult that is wearing a baby hat and sucking on a pacifier.

The first proof was truly awful, the depiction of my husband was extremely unflattering (and its my favourite photo so its lovely in real life). They made several changes over several emails so I cant fault their customer service (and delivery was fast, hence some stars) but still so unhappy with the end result. Haven't shown my husband yet but already know his reaction! :(
