Great experience! The Customer Service team is responsive and answered questions quickly regarding some special requests with my orders. The portraits are stunning and I'm so happy with them! I've already ordered a new portrait that we're giving to my father-in-law as a birthday present.

I love it I just wish the print had her name on top I never had that option!?

The picture is absolutely amazing and the edits we made promptly and were on point. I did not give it 5 stars because the frame did not arrive in good shape. It was all separated at the corners.

I want a refund I do not want your product. The images are completely wrong

The customer service has been good, I was just a little disappointed in the end proof... it looks good, just feel like they didn’t make the picture look a lot like my son overall.

I got a portrait of my son from when he was 8 months. I love that I received a draft and the option to ask for adjustments before approving the final drawing. The quality was AMAZING! We just ordered a second portrait for my sons grandmother of her two grandchildren for Mother’s Day!

Quick response from customer service and the delivery doesn’t take long from the approval! I’m receiving mine tomorrow and super excited! I’m definitely ordering again for gifts and such! After 3 attempts, none of the pictures resembled my nephews. I was told it wouldn’t be possible to get a refund, after chasing and waiting several weeks I finally got a refund. Would not recommend.
